Pizza Hut

I have always gotten decent enough pizzas. I just recently ordered and there was zero taste and as usual the crust wasn’t done. Why do they rush with 15 minutes for pick up when they could take a while longer, with no problem on my part, and get it right? Don’t like getting card board when I order pizza.

Called. Got put on hold. No one ever answered the phone. Looks like I’ll just have to order from Domino’s where they answer the phone and actually take your order. You had one job.

Actually NO STARS. Worst customer service ever. Should have known when I arrived. Customer was told they didn’t have his order & basically told him it was his problem. I ordered online with a Pizza Hut generated ready time of 8:09pm. They finally started my order when I arrived at 8:15pm. Then shorted me the brownie I ordered. When I asked where it was you thought I asked for a 1963 split window corvette. Cashier/​order taker was not even apologetic. Told it would be 9 more mins. When I asked about the time factor, I was told they get 30 mins regardless what Pizza Hut tells you. When I asked to be compensated, I was offered a 20 oz soda! Really? If you are hungry, don’t care what you get and have loads of time to wait, then this hole is for you. If not steer clear and go elsewhere.

Dreadlocks yes. Everything else, no. Terrible service.

I hate this pizza hut. They aaaaalllllllwwwaaayyysssss mess up my order. I usually wait a couple of months to see if things have changed? NOPE!
