We ordered 3 pizzas online. They said it would be about an hour wait time. Pizza got here in about 35 – 40 mins… so I guess that’s a positive. But they forgot one of the pizzas… So they had to go back and get it. OK. We waited, drive made it back as soon as she could but still it took much longer than the original 1 hour wait time. Then we start eating and realize the pizza has red sauce when we ordered white sauce. We didn’t even call to complain… We would of had to waited forever to get three correct pizza. We will never order from them again.

We are done with this Pizza Hut !
I love Pizza Hut but not this one at all. They have called me several times for me to cancel and re-do orders because they couldn’t do it on time. I paid online for delivery, yet, the driver asked me to pay again! The food was not warm at all and I received a different pizza than ordered. This has happened 3 times out of our 4 times ordering. The 4^th time it was just not good.
There is an other Pizza Hut further that tastes a lot better ! However too far for the delivery

Absolutely horrible pizza ! Don’t waste you time and money. Was told an hour or so. Ok I can wait. I ordered a pan pizza, got a hand tossed. Pizza temp wasn’t hot at all. Checked with a food thermometer 68 degrees. ! Good way to give people food poisoning !

The worst delivery service. I was given a 2hr expected time and the pizza still never came. Appalling… CORRECTION, they finally showed up 3 hrs later… at midnight. WOW
I am an understanding guy. This was their second chance. I don’t understand.
