Pizza Hut

I was so sure that we were being PUNK’D when we ordered pizza on New Year’s Eve (12/​31/​2015). The next day, I was still waiting for Ashton Kutcher and the camera crew to come out but reality quickly set in that we were not being PUNK’D. We ordered the Fantasy Football deal but there was nothing «fantasy» or enjoyable about this «deal». To add insult to injury, the entire order was completely wrong and was cold in temperature. To this very day, I am still trying to figure out why both of the pizzas looked as if they had a bad case of acne and burnt raisins added. I have ordered from this location many times throughout the year so imagine my surprise when we received not only terrible food but even worse customer service when I called to alert them about our order that we had just received. The guy who answered the phone told me that there was nothing that he could do about my order because their machines had been turned off for the night and the only thing that he could do was credit me for ONE pizza. I immediately emailed corporate and thankfully they were very apologetic regarding my experience but I feel that they have dropped the ball because they have left the situation up to the store to fix. I have yet to be contacted by the manager at this location, going on day 3, but I hope that they will fix this situation soon. My best tip to anyone reading this is: do NOT order from this location on NYE!
P. S. You may not want to order from this location at all but if you do… order at your own risk lol
