Pizza Hut

Both pizza’s were barely warm and one was missing some items and the seasoning on the crust was not added. This is the second time I have ordered from them and the second time they cannot get an Internet order correct. Very disappointing because I do prefer Pizza Hut but I may have to go with one of the others that seem to have no problem getting internet orders correct.

I placed an online order at 6:50pm and I was supposed to receive it at 7:41pm. When it wasn’t here at 7:50 I called them and the girl told me it was out for delivery. I waited 10 minutes and called again and got hung up on. I called several more times and was hung up on every time. I finally received my order 30 minutes after she told me it was out for delivery, which was an hour and a half after I placed the order and of course it was cold. I called back and finally got the same girl and she said she gave me a credit, so we’ll see.

Terrible service. My advice: do not order from here on a Saturday night, especially if you want carry-​out. They pushed all carry out orders behind delivery orders. My boyfriend and I went to go pick up food nearly an hour after they said it’d be ready and they hadn’t even started making it yet! I didn’t envision spending an hour on Valentine’s Day at Pizza Hut! What’s worse – they didn’t offer customers who stood there waiting any type of discount or coupon to make up for their incompetence!

This is my first time at a Pizza Hut in about two years. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. Also they have a ton of good coupons you can stack together to get the best deal. Their specials intrigued me and I am excited to try some of their pre-​set selections.
I have to admit, the first bite was unimpressive. I am used to Papa Johns, which is thick with cheese. But as I got used to the more subtle flavors of this place I liked it more and more. Also this is my favorite location.
