Pizza Hut

Decided to give this place a try despite the bad reviews, will not make that mistake again. Ordered 1 large pizza, told us it would take 45 min and it took an hour and a half. Don’t waste your time order Garibaldis instead…

Nope, don’t do it. It’s a skip from my house, but not even worth the convenience. The pizza is disgusting. I’m normally alright with Pizza Hut, but this one is awful. It tastes like they make it and then soak it in grease. I will never get another pizza from this location.

I don’t know why the reviews here are so bad. I had a wonderful experience. The pizza was hot, fresh, made right. I was greeted when I went in the store, the customer service was good. The place itself was super clean. The buzzer at the door is a little obnoxious but they located in a neighborhood where you gotta be on high alert so I get it lol.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. I ordered a pizza for delivery and never received it. I called them and no one answered. So the next day I called and they blamed it on there computer system was down earlier that day. They didn’t try to told me that I could reorder my pizza and be charged 10 dollars for it but they already was holding 17 dollars on my account. Why should I pay you 10 dollars for my inconvenience that you caused. I didn’t receive a phone call saying that my pizza wasn’t coming just a pinning hold for $ 17. I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again and I wish I could give them no starts. They sure don’t even deserve that one star.

I should’ve came to Unilocal before ordering from this dirt dive!!! Never again!!! If you guys want to remain healthy stay away from this place!!! First of all the cheese on the pizza wasn’t even close to melted. The pizza was ice cold and soooooooo spicy and slathered with sarachi sauce it was disgusting & inedible!!! Now for the worst part we ordered wings and I kid you not two of the wings were bitten off and sitting on the top!!! Didn’t even bother to bring the dressing I paid for. We called and spoke to Kimberly the manager and was told there was nothing that she could do. We were told to call back another time the general manager is on vacation & she’s unsure when she will return. So we decided to call another location nearby to possibly get a district manager number and was given an area manager name Dennis number. So we called him he acted as if this didn’t take place at all. However he did state they would replace our food. Seriously!!! Not a chance!!! He then stated if I wanted a refund we’d have to bring the order back into the store ourselves!!! Ok so I agreed. Lastly, prior to hanging the phone up I ask for a 1800 number. He then ask for what? I stated I still want to complaint. He states there is no 1800 number. I ask again just to be sure I heard correctly. He stated again we don’t have a 1800 number, and even if we did I’ve taken care of u. Geesh!!! Now I see why the store manager is so rude!!! Finally we Googled the 1800 number and made complain. When I gave her the store number she stated that store has the most issues in Memphis. They are currently reviewing that location!!! Horrible!!! horrible!!!horrible!!! Stay away from this place!!!

I have a had some decent orders and some really bad ones. I ordered 2 medium pizzas at 830pm. I was told the pizza would arrive at 941pm. I got a call from the driver at 950 asking for directions. I get 2 pizzas and he tells me they may not be the right ones and to call the store. He let me keep one of them. I then called the store and was offered a partial credit and told them that I was not satisfied and that I had been waiting an hour and a half. The person on the other line told me she would refund the money and send the food out. It has now been another hour since I called and have not received the food. So moral of the experience is that the order was placed at 831pm. It is now 1103pm and I still do not have the food I ordered.

Pizza was raw twice. Items that were paid for were never received. After bringing their attention to this it was never corrected. Poor food quality, poor service and shady.. .Avoid this one.
