My company has used Public Storage for approximately 10 years. The facility on Front Street in Memphis has served us well during this period. The units are clean and the temperature controlled units are cool enough to work in during a Memphis summer. Bernice has always gone the extra mile to meet our needs. The only complaint I have is the almost yearly rate increases we have experienced. Although I will say that the pricing is in line with other storage companies operating in Memphis.

Storage area is very clean. We moved in and immediately realized we would need a larger unit. Staff was very helpful and kept us aware of when a larger unit would be opening. We have encountered Bernice each time we have been to the facility. She is very friendly, professional and helpful. She is a great asset to the organization.
