Real Value Inn

This place is pretty bad. Big stains on floors. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Hookers out front. Security guy asked me if I have weed when it’s like bro r u retarded? This place has probably smelled like shity weed and hookers since it Came into existence. I’m the only white person here who is not drunk and you ask me if I have pot? Go back to highschool man. Oh yea it’s next to a loud ass bar and airport so sleep with that

We will agree with the first reviewer that the check in clerks are very nice.
However, that being said, that is where the fun stops. We checked in around 6 and in the next two hours we heard an epic domestic dispute, a graphic sexual encounter and the cops paid a friendly visit. Our room has ample graffiti, two working lamps and nothing is in exactly working order. We got drunk to avoid fleeing out of fear for our lives. There was a hooker’s phone number written our wall. It smelled weird.
If you are into places that just requires a bed and you (most likley) leaving with your life and all your stuff this is the place for you. If you are interested in using your bathroom at all and taking off your shoes, this is not the place for you.
1 star because of the free wifi, friendly staff and cheap price. Otherwise stay far far away.

I was visiting Memphis during my epic roadtrip (
) and I just ate too much great BBQ to continue driving that day, I needed a place and I needed it cheap!
Enter Real Value Inn, I learned about it on one of the travel guides you get at rest stops (and that’s the ONLY thing you should be getting at reststops) and they flat out had the lowest advertised price of all the motels listed.
Price alone doesn’t get you 4 stars, NOT IN MY BOOK! What really impressed me was how clean the place was, and with motels cleanliness is priority #1. The check-​in clerks were also incredibly nice, polite, and helpful.
Bottom Line, I was very satisfied with the stay, a great value!
