I ordered the photo booth for a corporate banquet on a Saturday night. The attendant was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. She called the day before to confirm our reservation and was communicative with me about what she’d be bringing. I reserved the booth for 6:15 — 10:15PM and was told that the booth would arrive an hour beforehand. It didn’t arrive at 5:15, but I was told that was due to poor directions from the hotel staff as to the location of the ballroom. Upon arrival, the attendant had some problems with getting the printer to work, and it wasn’t ready until close to 7:00PM(we scheduled it for 6:15). Fortunately, we didn’t have a real need for it before 7:00, she was able to get it to work, and we had a good time. She even extended her time with us, so I would rate her customer service as excellent. Disaster avoided! I would recommend that the equipment be in top working order before sending it to an event, however. It would have been disastrous if the photo booth hadn’t worked!
