I have been a returning customer to this Visionworks for several years. I’ve always had fast, easy eye exams with friendly doctors, and the desk service for contact lenses is incredible at finding rebates and deals to make contact lenses cheaper. However, this year I visited the glasses section of the store. Their selection is expensive, regardless of which deals they are offering, and the staff is extremely unhelpful(except one girl who was amazing — I wish I remembered her name, she had clear glasses and was African American). My glasses weren’t adjusted correctly, so I had to return, and they made me wait over 45 minutes to even be seen. Instead of listening to me, they told me that the«measurements were perfect» and made me return to the eye doctor for another exam. After returning to this store a total of four times after my initial exam, my glasses still aren’t adjusted correctly and I’m sick of Visionworks.

I am disappointed in this service. this double jeopardy I had a eye exam for contacts in May. And another eye exam for glasses in August of the same year. Now I want to order contacts in February 2015. I have to have another eye exam and paid another $ 115. Do think this is fair. $ 230 with in one year for a eye exam.
