If you have no sense of smell it is ok. The smell when you step off of elevators is like being hit by a brick wall and literally nauseating. I have never smelled anything like it in my life. I have no social life anymore because I am embarrassed to invite anyone over due to the smell in the halls. I literally hold my nose when I get off the elevator and run to my apartment. Nothing should smell like that and WHAT IS IT? That in itself is a bit scary.

The onsite staff is great. You can’t ask for better people in the office and in charge of maintenance. It’s the residents who cause problems. Cleanliness among residents is very poor, lots of smoke/​smells even if you don’t smoke, and just general inconsiderate behavior from other residents. Neighborhood people show up with tons of kids and take over the pool in the summer and they make a huge mess. If the residents could act like adults this would be a pretty nice place all around.
