Things you must know if you are forced to use this company by your insurance.
They pack up everything and send all clothing to a «friend» company that will take clothes that would be better off replaced than charged for clean things you may not want to keep. This happens so fast and you will not be asked.
YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN A RELEASE THAT YOU RECEIVE ALL YOUR ITEMS BACK. IT TOOK ME YEARS TO THINK OF THINGS I MISSED. ONE WAS A GOLD WEDDING BAND OF MY GRANDMOTHER’S ONE A DIAMOND RING OF MY MOTHER’S. It is too late now. Please check the places you know of valuables are and take them with you if possible. take your time in signing their release so they can get paid and you have not have time to see if all your things are present.

They didn’t complete the necessary tasks to fully mitigate our flooding issue. They just tried to do it as fast as they could so they could get out of there. They flipped our beds up, frames included. Their service was horrible after the fact, their managers and employees were very rude. Do not use this company for any restoration what so ever.
