I really needed a mattress and I looked around for a while until I found this place near my work. The sales ladies are helpful, very patient and friendly. They did everything they could to earn my business. The owner is very nice and willing to give you the best deal he possibly can! My purchase went great and I found a great mattress and pillows for a wonderful price.
My only complaint is with the delivery. Orlando was polite, friendly and worked extremely hard to complete the delivery and setup. However, his partner would not even come into the apartment because he heard my dog bark. Admittedly, I do have a 160lbs great dane; however, he was put up and got no where near the delivery guys. That left Orlando to do the entire setup alone, which probably added 30 min or more to the job.
Otherwise, the experience was great and if you need a brand name mattress at a reasonable price, please visit Sleepy ZZZs. Support your local mattress store!

We had a problem with our original mattress and the owner stepped up and fixed it, free of charge. Our original mattress was much firmer than the floor model so when ours arrived we were very unhappy. The owner called to see how we liked our new mattress and we expressed our concerns to him. Without hesitation he told us he would send us a new one. We were very delighted to hear this as we have not had the best luck in Memphis. Our new mattress arrived quickly and professionally! We love our new mattress, last night we got an amazing nights sleep!
The owner really cares about his business, his customers, and providing excellent service and products! We are changing our original rating of one star to five stars and would highly recommend this company!
They stepped up and quickly resolved our problem and delivered the product we expected from the beginning.
