The staff is so friendly. It makes up for the occasionally backed up service. The coffee is superb(or as great as franchise coffee could be) and when it isn’t, the baristas are never hesitant to fix the problem.

Everyone who works there is super friendly and works their butt off. While I was waiting for my order to be ready I witnessed three people be very rude for no reason to the employees. It honestly impresses me how well they put up with that crap and still make such good drinks.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to! The ladies and gents that work there are beyond amazing. They probably have to deal with over a hundred students each day, but somehow they manage to remember your name, and greet you with an insanely enthusiastic hello the second you walk through their door. My order has been perfect 95% of the time, and when it’s not, it’s because a new person was helping me, which is understandable. They have outdoor and indoor seating available, and it’s usually a good place to get work done. Huge fan of this place!

I went to the campus Starbucks yesterday and it was a much better experience than I was expecting. They take Starbucks cards now, and they got my drink right the first time around. I’ll probably start using this Starbucks more often now that I get the points for it, but I’d still suggest avoiding it in the morning when the line goes out the door and around the corner.

I guess I’ve just had bad luck when I’ve gone here. Every time I’ve gone here(which is a few times, but I stopped going), the service was subpar. I would order something — something on the menu, not a «secret item» and have to repeat it about four times. It would still come out wrong. Asking if an item in the case had nuts or not, and explaining it was just because I didn’t like said ingredient(rather than a food allergy) led to some deer in headlights looks and total confusion. It was freaking peanuts, not some obscure ingredient. But more importantly, about 60% of the time I went here, my drink would be rung up wrong or made wrong. I can see if you get really into customising that it can cause confusion, but ordering a latte on the menu should not cause so many problems. I finally just gave up and started going to the Starbucks by my house and drinking it on the way to school instead. At least this way it’s correct the first time, and I’m in and out in five minutes, instead of 15 – 20.

I stopped by here while on campus to treat myself for finishing student teaching a few weeks ago. I asked them what they suggested regarding sweet drinks and they led me to the caramel ribbon frappuccino, which was awesome. I’m very appreciative of the baristas and am glad they directed me away from something else that sounded sweet but which they assured me was actually more on the bitter side. I also tried the flourless cookie but it was just meh. I have a Starbuck’s cup that gets me like .10 off of things. If you get any frozen drink in this kind of cup, ask for a straw. The Mocha Frappuccino gave me trouble. I personally don’t like Latte’s much because they’re not as sweet as I like, but the Caramel Flan Latte tasted ok once it had cooled down.

UPDATE: finally this on-campus starbucks decided to listen to students’ complaints(you know, about the average waiting time of 20 – 35 minutes for a drink in the morning) and seemingly replaced the staff. Now the cashiers are still students so they take a few minutes to ring up a drink, as well as ask you several times what you got… but now I’m in and out within 15 minutes.
