After my initial review, Stash contacted me and we discussed the delay in delivery as well as the lower price somewhere else. The price we found online was a while ago, so I’m not sure we can find it again. However, the lower price may have also come from a closeout store/website which wouldn’t have offered the full fabric selection options, etc.
The delay in shipping is what it is. While we are still working to find the lower price again, I’m very impressed with their customer service department. Karey was very helpful and cared about us as a customer. Their willingness to work with us to make sure we’re happy has been above and beyond.

We’ve got an expensive sofa from stash. I loved their sofas, so we ordered one. They said it takes 8 – 10 weeks to fabricate and deliver the sofa, it was exactly what they’ve said. But after you wait that long you expect to have the exact same product you’ve seen in the store (or you think so!) the sofa we’ve got was much higher than the one we choose in the store, this is very important to me. I am 5.1 tall so I’m short and I hate it when I sit on the sofa with my feet flying in the air, it’s uncomfortable at all. One more thing that the cushions keep shifting forward when you sit on them. Look wise the sofa looks nice but because it’s higher that it should be it looks bulky especially if you have a limited living space. I would rather get a little bit more expensive one from pottery barn but unfortunately there is no store in Memphis.

I love the stores that are celebrating Christmas– It’s a beautiful Christmas tree in the front — a very nice designer/sales consultant introduced herself to me her name was Vicky – Vicky is very sweet and informative.

I have to agree with the former poster… I had a terrible experience with service and quality. After multiple complaints, they finally corrected everything but it was a 6 month nightmare. In fact I only think I had everything resolved because a friend knew the owner and contacted him about my problem! After that, they were falling all over me. Ridiculous. I now have a gift card to spend there for my troubles but would have preferred my money back as I don’t plan to purchase anything else there. Cheap quality disguised as «cool».

We walked the store twice and looked over several pieces of furniture and not one sales person asked if we needed any help. No one even spoke or made eye contact with us and they weren’t even busy, just sitting around.
I liked several pieces we saw but with customer service like that I won’t ever return. I know for a fact there are other furniture stores around here that really like my money!

This is a fantastic store to find incredible furniture at marked-down prices. There are options and styles available for everyone seeking high-quality, beautiful furniture. Stash has desks, tables, beds, headboards, lamps, art, mattresses, and just about anything else you can think of. The customer service is fantastic and adds tremendously to the experience. This is the go-to store for any of my future furniture needs.

If you have an eclectic style like I do, you will really enjoy Stash. It’s a home furnishings store and each piece is more unique than the next. It’s not for the conservative home. I saw a pair of tall gilded angel wings that stood about 2.5 feet tall on a table top, a replica of a Madonna and Child painting, as well as faux fur pillows, hand-painted dressers, painted in bold colors and patterns, and teal pleather chairs. My only question regarding the store was the quality, in terms of the cushions on some of the couches. While gorgeous, the feel seemed to be a little… crunchy. This didn’t apply to all, and the store is definitely worth a gander.
