Bought a wallet from their site, and it started to peel. They won’t replace it or give me my money cause they said I washed it. Now if i washed it, it should peel everywhere not just a certain area of the wallet.

I saw these guys on Sunday at Fan Expo. Traffic was a bit light today on the main floor, therefore, I was able to finally check this booth out. It’s hard not to miss this booth as it is the tallest and takes up most of the room on the floor. I am sure that walking on the ground you’ve seen people walking with those large Dr Who bags… it came from this store. Every year I get a hoodie from here. Last year it was a Chewbaca hoodie and this year I got a phone booth one. Decent prices for what they are, however, they are no way competitive as what they should be or have seen in Downtown Vancouver IE: The Rock Shop. They just made an effort to bring down a larger array of styles to choose from which was my insentive to buy.
