Super Thrift

The best part about this place is that it’s in the same parking lot as the Krispy Kreme Donut shop. Want some hot and fresh donuts while waiting for the thrift store to open 30 minutes late? If so, you are in luck, because those donuts sure are good!
This store leaves something to be desired. The place is dark and needs more lighting. The book section was large but most of the books were in poor shape. They had DVDs but they were all behind the counter. When I wanted to look at a DVD boxed set, I opened it up and found a DVD disk to be missing. They had a lot of clothes, but I wasn’t impressed. They did seem to have a decent furniture section, but nothing I was interested in.
When I talked to the person behind the counter (who may have been the owner), she said that because it was tax time they did not have as much stock as usual, but by the end of the week it should be back to normal. Huh? What do taxes have to do with this?
I may go back one more time if I’m in the area to see if there is an actual improvement. But overall I do not recommend this thrift store.
