I really didnt want to even check any stars for this company. I was fooled by the website testimonials of this management company when moving from out of state. They arr slow to repair items and only repair things if they absolutely have to. I am also in a bad area that was told was good and cant leave to ensure me and my children’s safety! Wish I would have checked Unilocal «filtered» reviews before I signed a lease with them. Don’t rent from here! All they see u as is money not as a tenant!

If you want a company that provides a house covered with rat feces and does such a poor job of cleaning that you find a crack pipe in your kitchen drawer, you’ve found your place! Not only will you be provided a domicile worthy of Charles Dickens, but you’ll also be pleased to know that they will totally lie to you about the safety of the neighborhood. If you’re looking for the excitement of getting robbed twice in two months but still having to pay rent even though you can’t live in your house due to safety, look no further.
