Unfortunately I received the wrong drink and sauce packets. I didn’t get my receipt or any napkins! The tacos were definitely not made recently.

This Taco Bell tastes really really good. I am not sure if it’s because it’s been awhile or just that this location is better. I do know what I got here tasted great.

I fucking love Taco Bell! For real! «The Mexican Pizza» is just about the best thing in shitty eating!

So I don’t know what happen in the last 5 months but the customer service has gone down. They must of hired new people because tonight the staff was rude. My husband placed an online order for pickup and they screwed it all up. I went back to get it fixed and was faced with nothing but rudeness. No apologizes for messing up my order or inconveniencing me. It’s not like I was rude to them. I just said that there were items missing from my order. I will find a new Taco Bell to go to that has better customer service.

It’s Taco Bell food so 4 stars isn’t because I’m overwhelmed with the ‘surprising blend of flavors by the chef’ or new organic vegan entrees.
4 stars is because this Taco Bell is consistent in both food quality, customer service and reasonable cleanliness. Taco Bell corporate makes a promise and this location is the few I’ve experienced that seems to try and fulfill.

Yea, I will admit it, this is the closest TBell to where I currently reside. And yes, it is across the street from the FedEx HQ.
I used to loath this place, as when they still had the Volcano menu (my favorite TB concept of all time) they would give me shells as stale as wine-​turned-​vinegar.
I laid off for a while, and decided one late night to go give it another chance. One thing I will admit– the customer service here for the most part is pretty surprising. They are always friendly and happy to take my order– no matter what time of the day.
They haven’t messed up my orders either, which is always a plus too.
At the end of the day, I need to remind myself it is TBell, and my arteries cannot afford to be eating this stuff on a frequent (define) basis.
Yo, have you seen those Cinnabon balls they sell? That shtuff looks great!
