I moved into the Preserve at Forest Creek a year and a half ago, and it has been a wonderful living experience. The property manager, Cynthia, has a very friendly and knowledgeable team which has created a family atmosphere within the property. Each leasing agent acknowledges me by name, and that goes a long way in making residents feel comfortable. Juston Freeman, a leasing agent on property, has extended a helping hand on numerous occasions after hours to ensure my family has enjoyed the many amenities of the property. Overall I give my family’s living experience a 5-​star rating!

NO STARS. They run the biggest racket by saying you have to give 60 days notice. I gave it and they said I owed for 2 additional months and sent me to a Collection Agency, destroying my credit score. This is aimed at those of us who come to Memphis to do internships in the summer. DO NOT RENT HERE.

We live at The Preserve at Forest Creek… we’ve been here since the first of the year. This complex does absolutely the best with their maintenance and grounds upkeep. The maintenance staff is always friendly and so is the staff in the office. I give them 5 stars for everything they do around here.
