I’ve been a customer for over 15 years with perfect credit who has never been late on anything. I couldn’t schedule a quarterly pest control spraying due to a death in my family. They treated the outside of the house only & sent $ 80.00 bill for full treatment. I remitted $ 40.00 for exterior only & called to reshedule the inside treatment explaining situation. They expected full payment regardless. I refused to pay the other $ 40.00 until inside was treated & they then turned the $ 40.00 unpaid over to collection agency. Lost customer who will never return or recommend. Very short sighted office personnel & management that made this decision.
