Dr. Crothers is excellent. His staff at the lovely, spacious and convenient Collierville office is also VERY caring and professional. But, the Ridgelake office is too crowded and the parking lot is a nightmare. Most of the staff behaved in an acceptable, if hurried and mechanical, manner. My husband’s cataract surgery went well but he felt like a product on an assembly line instead of a patient. The kicker for me was after two and a half hours in a cold crowded waiting room without tv or wifi I was instructed to drive around back to a loading zone. I stood in the pouring rain with my husbands coat and umbrella until two attendants rolled him out and tried to hand him off without getting wet themselves. I was handed his cup of water (to manage with my third hand), he got in the car, and they literally threw his discharge papers at me. All the while the diva was screeching about possibly getting wet or slipping in the puddles. It was most unprofessional behavior.

Great facility, great staff, great doctors. Always seem to be very friendly and willing to work with you.
My only bitch is they can’t schedule an appointment to save their lives. Most recent appointment was at 9 AM. Got out a little after 11 AM. No procedures or anything, just visit with the doctor for about 10 minutes.
