They always exert great customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful… Store is always clean and well-​organized…

This location is a daytime-​visit-​only one… you have been warned.
I have loved this location ever since I saw a manager chase down a thief from the store to Highland while the thief was begging for mercy! Funny AND I saw the WHOLE thing… Ah…Memphis locals.
The prices here are more competitive than CVS, but the clientele is not your typical «soccer mom» in appearance. Beware the panhandling. Make no eye contact, or you are in the con.

The pharmacists at this location treated my husband like a criminal when I asked him to pick up cold medicine when for a horrible cold I had recently. If we have to buy cold medicine in the future, we will not buy it here. Who wants to pay for someone to insult you?
Update: things are much better now at this Walgreen’s!

worst pharmacy ever! the employees are completely rude and have no idea what they are doing. the drive-​thru pharmacy takes forever and they never come to the window

First of all, this location IS open. Second, this review is about the Pharmacy only, not the store.
Thought I’d say a few words about the worst pharmacy experiences I have ever had. Ok a while back I was doing a sick person a favor & picking up their medicine. Why you pharm-​techs gave me such a hard time I do not know. They were the nastiest, rudest people I have ever encountered and should not be working with customers. I also still do not understand why I was not allowed to pick up the medicine, they actually made me go get the person’s ID after I told them the person could not come because THEY COULD NOT GET OUT OF BED!
That scares me, ok I am on my sickbed and I have to be present to get my meds? I don’t think so. What about people who are contagious? They have to come out in public?
I think the employees were just messing with me and I did not appreciate it.
I had to waste my gas driving to & from, and my time.
This resulted in a forever boycott of all Walgreen’s Pharmacies and I have made sure to tell everyone about it.
