I go to this location on a regular basis and have gotten to know the people who work the night shift.
Seems that recently a new person (Troy) has been put in charge at night. He is one of the rudest and unprofessional people I have encountered in a long time. He doesn’t speak or greet people when they walk in, even when spoken to. I asked him about a product I wanted and his response was very rude and dismissive. Another customer was trying to ask him a question and he completely ignored them. I don’t know how he was promoted to being in charge of the store, because his attitude seems to be a reflection of his personality. I’ve seen him three times and on every occasion, it’s the same sour face.
Walgreens needs to re-​evaluate their standards in how they choose people for managerial positions.
Everyone else at this store is always friendly, helpful and polite. Please bring back the old Manager, Obie or hire someone else to do the job with a courteous and helpful attitude.

The pharmacy here is ridiculously incompetent. I usually have to call in only to be on hold for an average of 20 minutes just to see when a prescription I dropped off 4 hours before will be filled. Also, they always staff the front cashier area with people under 21 so if you buy beer they have to call someone to check you out and you end up paying for your beer in cosmetics! I am transferring all my scripts to another pharmacy and hopefully will never need to go into this store again. The only positive of this store is that they at least have outdoor Redbox machines!

Decent store, good location, open 24 hrs, but a pain in the ass to get in/​out of with the traffic flow at times…
