I have used this post office for three years because it is the closest one to my home. Going to the desk for service is one of the most miserable service experiences I have ever had. The staff almost (but not quite) manages to present a surly, unhappy, slow, and totally non-​customer service attitude. The manager whom I’ve observed twice is very overtly friendly with his female staff. On the other hand, the postal carriers who operate out of this post office are universally courteous and service oriented. I don’t understand the disconnect between the desk service and the carriers. Maybe it’s the manager?
