Visiting from Chicago — excellent pizza and breadsticks! Looking forward to trying their subs! If you’re looking for good pizza in Mena, definitely check this place out. They deliver and open late too!

Visiting from Oklahoma… looking for good pizza. Found great pizza. Meat lovers New York style !

Surprisingly good Italian sausage sandwich in the middle of rural Arkansas. Plus, great service. My waitress, Alexa, even found me a great bed and breakfast– Sassafras Inn– that is way better and cheaper than the abysmal or appallingly overpriced motels in town.

The food is not bad some times it all on who is cooking but most the time it is good try the nachos

In Mena to visit my grandparents, and was looking for a non-​chain pizza location. We had passed Paisano’s on the way to our hotel and it caught our eye. I’d be interested to try other items on the menu, given the «made from scratch» claim.
That being said, we called in two orders — veggie with Italian sausage, and a pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza. I prefer crumbled sausage, not sliced, as it was. But the pepperoni — amazing! Thick cut and crispy. Very delicious. The veggies were clearly fresh, and for everything we put on the pizza, the cost was cheap to make all of the additions. Not being a huge onion lover, I was delighted to find out the onions were actually slivers of red onions, rather than chunky white onions.
Lastly — the cheese! So gooey and delicious. Would definitely go back if I were in the area again!

Great sandwiches. Really good pizza. Homemade bread for sandwiches. Really nice and friendly service. Very decent prices. Glad we stopped!

The food was very good. We expected microwaved food. Instead, the baked vita was baked. The spaghetti was good. The Italian Sausage sandwich was fantastic. The wait staff was very attentive. It must be relatively new, because the locals seemed pleasantly surprised by the food, as well. This is really off the beaten path. If you end up here, it was worth the stop. Pure luck we found it.
