Prasada organized an amazing beach pig roast for my now husband and me a couple of days before our wedding. The food was amazing, the setting was gorgeous, and Prasada ensured that we had everything we needed from a bartender to a bonfire to blankets, beach games and coolers. She was excellent to work with and made sure everything was perfect so we were able to relax with our friends and family and enjoy the day. Our wedding weekend was one of the most incredible, unforgettable experiences of our lives, and that had everything to do with Prasada’s exceptional work. Prasada coordinated our wedding itself, plus a Friday beach BBQ and a Sunday farewell brunch. Everything was perfect. Throughout the year-​long planning process, Prasada was responsive, thorough, careful, organized and efficient. She anticipated needs and choices we’d need to make well ahead of time, and executed everything exactly as we wanted. Her expertise and professionalism were obvious, and we were grateful to be in her highly capable hands.
Prasada and her staff were such a pleasure to work with. Not only were they competent, flexible and responsive; they were just so warm, kind, and authentic. This added much to the overall feel of our special weekend, as our guests also recognized the effects of such fine service.
As the couple getting married, we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the actual weekend. Everything ran smoothly, perfectly on time, without a single hiccup or hitch. She worked so hard so we wouldn’t have to!
And one final note: the BBQ catering was excellent. Delicious food, fresh ingredients, perfectly orchestrated. Prasada has our unequivocal 5-​star-​plus endorsement.

Wow… where do I start? Prasada was amazing! My wife and I used her to assist us with our wedding at the Heritage House in Little River on Saturday May 9^th … and she made a great day an amazing day. She stepped in an coordinated everything from vendors, family, friends … basically took the bull the by horns and allowed us to relax. The amazing part about what she did is that she was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. What I mean is she was on top of everything and acting as our air traffic controller but at the same time hidden from view. She handled every issue with a calm and structured manner and came to us with only solutions. I would highly recommend using Prasada’s services if you want to maintain your sanity.
Angie and I cannot imagine what could have happened without her and are truly appreciative our marriage got off to the right first steps.

We met Prasada in connection with our wedding day festivities, but we were also unsure of what to do for our rehearsal dinner evening. Prasada suggested an evening on Big River Beach complete with a barbeque, bonfire and smores. It was fabulous; the evening for many of our guests was the highlight of the weekend.
I especially enjoyed Prasada’s style and how she worked with me as a client. She is incredibly responsive, thoughtful and kind. She thought of many ideas to help the weekend go more smoothly, including organizing 10+ babysitters for our guests with children for the various weekend events. This was another highlight for our friends with babes in tow.
With regards to Prasada and her team’s catering abilities, I have to say the food was amazing. Our pulled pork sandwiches and the delicious side dishes all came from her amazing garden and/​or local resources. Truly a fabulous meal!
It was a pleasure working with Prasada in every aspect. I highly recommend her and her services for any upcoming event you may have in the Mendocino area. She is fantastic!

I cannot say how lucky I feel to have met Prasada. My (now) wife and I got married in Mendocino this July. Prasada was our day-​of-​coordinator.
From our first call through our final hug, Prasada helped make the entire event planning process fun and relaxing. She will talk through the logistics of everything and help ensure you can completely focus on enjoying every little moment of the big day.
It really is magical how she infuses joy and calm into everything.
Also, at the last-​minute, we realized that there were quite a few parents coming with little babies. So our parenting friends could fully enjoy the festivities, Prasada coordinated two amazing babysitters — our friends all thought they were supernatural women that emerged from the womb of Mother Earth and cared for their children better than any babysitters they had experienced before. These ladies were pros — they even used headlights at night to check on the sleeping babies to make sure they didn’t disturb them.
If you are getting married in Mendocino, I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it is to work with Prasada.

Prasada is an unflappable professional! She has a great presence and an easy going way about her –real pleasure to work with! We had lots of ideas about how to do the food for our wedding, and Prasada was able to weave it all together and make it a huge success. Her team was terrific! When my fiancée and I were planning our wedding weekend in Mendocino, we had a DIY vision for the whole thing. We wanted to do the work ourselves, and enlist friends and family to help out in key roles.
As the wedding got closer, though, we realized that we were going to have to hire someone to direct the actual wedding day, overseeing our volunteer army of friends, managing rentals, catering, dealing with furniture-​rearranging at the venue, coordinating babysitters, and handling all the unexpected things that we knew would come up.
Our caterer recommended Prasada, and hiring her was one of the best wedding decisions we made. In the weeks before the wedding, Prasada asked a ton of great questions to make sure she understood the tone and scope of the ceremony, gave us priceless advice on how to set up the space, facilitated a few rental items that we weren’t smart enough to realize we needed, and then showed up on the wedding day and quarterbacked the whole event with the tact and conscientiousness of a close friend.
Wherever there was a question or problem, Prasada was on top of it. If there was a job that needed doing, Prasada did it. Having her there let us relax and enjoy the day.
