I’m very disappointed in the customer service I received. I got engaged a couple months ago and wanted to immediately look at venues. I emailed the places I wanted to view the first week of my engagement, since I know how fast venues book up. I emailed The imperial ballroom, and I got no response. So I thought maybe they’re busy, so I’ll call. I called them, the lady I spoke to was nice, but I told her I wanted to view the venue as soon as possible and she said no problem, a wedding specialist would call me right back. Well it’s been over a month and I never received any call or email back. When you’re business is relying on customers who are going to be paying THOUSANDS to have their wedding or event at your venue, you need to satisfy & follow up. As a hairdresser, I’ve told all my clients about this situation as a warning that they might not want to deal with this business.
