Joe is a wonderful home inspector. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to look for and Joe did a wonderful job of explaining what he was doing, what he had found and provided me with basic home maintenance suggestions. He promised a next day turn around for the report and he delivered as promised. Joe’s report was detailed with good, clear pictures and descriptions.

Joe is an awesome inspector, very knowledgeable and thorough. Not only is Joe a master inspector he is also a licensed general contractor which is a big plus when purchasing a home.
I give Joe my highest recommendation. People here is your guy you wont be disappointed.

Joe came out to perform a home inspection on my home prior to closing. I really relied on his expertise since I was buying the home «as is». Well let me tell you, joe took his time and did not rush through. He was explaining all the good he saw and a few recommendation that needed some work.
He told me he would send a report first thing next morning. Just as promised I had the report in my inbox.
Joe was punctual, detailed, and professional. Very knowledgable in his field.
He has a Client for life!

Joe of Empire Home Inspection was great to work with. He’s very thorough. He took a long time with us to explain all of his findings and made sure we understood everything. Mr. Joe Erro is the best in the home inspection industry. If you are looking for a good, detailed, and thorough inspection then look no further because Joe is your guy. He drove over an hour and a half to conduct an inspection for two prospective homes. First one didn’t work out because Joe found a lot of issues worth 30k. He did a very thorough job the first time so I decided to hire him again for the second which occurred today. I’m very very very happy with his work ethic and appreciate that not only did he spend a lot of time inspecting the home but also took a lot of time going over his findings with me and my realtor.
Trust me and go with this guy because he will take his time and do a good job. Other inspectors are about volume but Joe is different he actually cares to provide detail.
