Amazing, no nonsense service. Have a 5 week old and the AC went out last night, so it goes without saying that I needed things fixed quickly. Called a handful of other shops in the surrounding area and most could barely squeeze me in during the late afternoon well after the house would be roasting. I called IMS at 10AM and Leonel was at my door in 1 hour. Can’t beat that.
He very quickly figured out that the capacitor was broken and showed/​explained it to me. He didn’t try to sell me on anything, he didn’t try to give me the run around, he just fixed it. Within 15 – 30 minutes my house and, more importantly, my baby were cooling off.
Will definitely recommend IMS to everyone I know in the area. I overlooked them at first because of the lack of Unilocal reviews, but I’m really glad I took a second look and gave them a call.

So happy that I took a chance with Inland Mechanical Services to repair our air conditioner. Leonel was quickly connected to my call (at the 6:40 pm) and made a next day appointment. Other places said next week or didn’t answer (even though they were supposedly open until 7:00.
He was on time, professional, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem at a great price.
No hesitation to refer and use them again if needed.
