I had my color done by Diego today and I am in love. He did such a great job! There are so many beautiful highlights in my hair and my blonde looks so natural. Thank you Diego! See you at my next hair appointment!

This salon is the amazing! It’s so clean and has such a good vibe! Their displays are set up so cute and the packaging on their product just makes me want to buy them all! The front desk girls are always nice and helpful too!
Stevie Nichole always does a PERFECT job on my hair! I won’t go to anyone else, she keeps me the perfect blonde and never leaves me disappointed. So thankful she takes such good care of my locks!

I’ve been to this salon 3 times now and love everything about it. Salon is beautiful, great environment, & nice staff. My appointments have been with Stevie and I love her! I walk out of the salon happy every time. She has cut, colored, and done deep conditioning treatments! Definitely my forever salon!

I had a wonderful experience here today! The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is so sweet and accommodating. This salon definitely feels very upscale and modern. In one review a Unilocaler mentioned that they were not welcoming to children. However, stepping into this place she should have realized it was not an appropriate place to bring kids. Especially ones under the age of 5! It is certainly not baby proof (nor should it be expected to be), and there are way too many shelves of product to have multiple children running around the space. Clearly the salon is trying to preserve a relaxing escape for their clients! As for the cost it is definitely on the pricier side… $ 47 for a wash and cut. However I truly believe that you get what you pay for here!
Furthermore, I absolutely love that they sell Davines products, I don’t know anywhere else to buy them in the area.
I would absolutely recommend Stevie! I have had long hair all my life and finally made the decision to go short; she was instrumental in helping me pick a length and style that flattered my facial structure. It was very nice to be able to work with a stylist that was truly invested in making sure I loved the outcome. My hair turned out so perfect that I had to wonder why I hadn’t cut it off sooner! I already can’t wait to come back!

Had my hair dyed, single process, and cut by Abby. She is young, very sweet, even adorable. The color is fine, she understood what I wanted since it was difficult to see because my color always oxidizes since I drive in a convertible.
The haircut not so great, I showed her a picture of what I wanted, didn’t get that.
I stupidly didn’t ask the cost of the services before I started. When I went to pay, I was told the single process color was $ 85 and the haircut was $ 57. I think that’s pretty high for a local salon to begin with.
What irked me is that Unilocal advertised an offer for first time customers, $ 25 off color, $ 15 off haircut. When I went to settle my bill the owner said she could not honor both offers, and only allowed me the $ 25 off color. Owner claimed that offer was old and incorrect and could not honor the $ 15 off as well. My total bill came to $ 112, that’s WITH the $ 25 off.
So based on the above, I will give this salon one star. They didn’t do a good enough job to warrant more and I am totally annoyed that the owner would not honor the ad on Unilocal.
Subsequent to my original one rating Linda called and offered a service to make me happier with my review. Since I travel constantly, reason for using Unilocal too reco business, I will go back to give them a chance to correct their mistakes. I will then change my review but it is a good start to call the customer and try to rectify the problem.

I came in as a walk-​in on Sunday morning. (So happy they are open on Sundays because that is one of my only days off). I asked for bangs and Savannah helped me out. she really listened to what i wanted and gave me her honest opinion. I was so happy with my experience I also brought my 8yr old well behaved daughter in for a much needed hair cut. My daughter’s hair is very long and past her waist. Savannah had no problem cutting and styling her hair and it came out wonderful. Would fully recommend coming here. The only downside is the waiting area is a bit awkward. haha

Yay after 5months looking around for new hair salon since I move here from Chula Vista finally found one THANKS to AUTUMN she’s really nice and took her time to cut my hair n style it and she’s really friendly. #goodvibes

Rick has so much education, all the fabulous new styles, tricks and tips that keep him fresh.
All the stylists, keep up on training, and education all the time! The prices are extremely reasonable, and Rick is so patient with stubborn hair, so he doesn’t ruin our damage it. They have the Best Products, and they are the number 1 Salons in THE IE. Keep it up, CHEERS MATES!

So I went in today to get my Bettie bangs trimmed by Chloe. This was my first & last visit to this salon. The only upside was that there was almost no wait time. My «trim» ended up making me look like Spok from Star Trek. She took a good 80% of hair from my bangs. I was horrified when I saw them. This only cost $ 5. You get what you pay for I guess. Unless you want to walk out of a salon looking like Lloyd Christmas, DO NOT GO HERE

Stevie Nichole is my stylist. She is awesome! I love that she listens to what you want and is so patient and kind. I have naturally thick curly hair and always have had a hard time finding someone that could cut it right. I couldn’t imagine having anyone else touch my hair.

I’ve been using Diego and Savannah as my stylist since Ikon was still open and I have never been let down. I will continue to do business with this establishment, even now that I live in San Marcos. I’ve had plenty of haircuts and Diego provides me with a balayage a few months back and I cannot wait to go back and have another amazing change to my hair. Thanks La Mode. :)

Since I first walked into this salon. I became a regular customer. I’m in the salon at least once a week for a blowout with Chloe or a color retouch.
What do I like about this salon? First of all it’s convenient. I don’t have to drive to Temecula or Los Angeles to get a high end quality service.
Chloe is amazing. She gives great neck massages at the bowl and has a great personality.
This is a high end salon with a professional ambiance. They offer you refreshing drink when you arrive and go above and beyond to give you a relaxing experience.
The actual room is very intimate in it’s setting so I would not recommend bringing children unless of course they are getting a service themselves. The way the chairs are positioned and the intimate waiting area does not lend itself to anyone waiting around for extended periods of time. As a courtesy to other customers and to the staff, I would recommend not bringing small children unless they’re getting a service done. I have brought my son, see picture but I’ve always left my girls at home because they wouldn’t have anyplace to wait unsupervised.
The staff is very professional and makes every effort to ensure the satisfaction of all their customers and staff. I’m so glad I stumbled on this place a few months ago when I was leaving Star Bucks next door. This is truly a gem for our community. Thank you for bringing classy professional business to our town.

You know how a new haircut can make you feel good about yourself? Well, that happened to me with Christina.
The ambiance of this salon is made up of relaxation, sophistication, peacefulness, and comfort. The chairs, benches, & even the floor mats are ridiculously soft. If you have any back pain you won’t be feeling worse after your visit. The chairs are cloud-​like. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were made from baby clouds.
Christina was really kind, confident, professional and made me feel really great about my hair and my new look. I felt like she was in control and I didn’t need to worry about anything because she knew what she was doing. I really appreciated that. I was offered something to drink, then Christina conditioned my hair and then she cut my hair better than I even invisoned.
If you are looking for a new salon and stylist, I definitely recommend this lady. A+++!
And noooooooo she didn’t pay me to write this review. She deserves five stars because she made me go home feeling like a new person. My fiancé, friends and family love the cut too. :)
Also I really appreciated that the other clients didn’t bring their small children or babies. It was a grown-​up environment (see ambiance reference up top) and there were no shrieks, yelling, crying or running around. That would have seriously ruined my experience so I’m glad the other clients knew that salons (like spas) are for the adults. ;)

A LOT of the reviews written here are fake, especially for the month of September. Then they have their «customers» attack you on Unilocal and offline and threaten you to take your review down or change it for 4 stars or better. Some even go out of their way to threaten you with their higher level of education as if I don’t know how the system works.
Do not trust the reviews written about this place! You will get death threats, get called racial slurs, harassing emails, messages, and attacks for writing an honest experience. Their «customers» should mind their own business and write their experiences instead of harassing mine, but yet their 1-​star review for other businesses are entitled. How does that work?
All of this is happening because I brought my kids to the salon. They make it seem like I took my kids to a nightclub or something. I know when to draw the line but if you have a problem with my kids, you talk to me sitting right next to them. Not talk to them directly.
The associate that works here, her name is Christina but she is on here as Christine P. (see my compliments page), has attacked me for my opinion on this place and went so far out as to even attack my family and called my husband abusive, me a bad mother and a «fugging bitch». It’s not just her that’s doing it either, I’ve received harassing phone calls and there’s currently a police report for it. People are petty and can’t handle honesty so they attack you for speaking the truth.
If you are not happy with the opinions on Unilocal,you should try to improve your customer service so that it doesn’t affect other clients in the future. Instead, they sent their associate to attack me on Unilocal.I didn’t realize how unprofessional this establishment was until I got these attacks. If you have the time and really care about it, take the time to read the stuff Christine P. wrote on my compliments section. I’m going to defend my family, so I won’t stop replying to her until she keeps my family’s name out of her mouth. Also, I couldn’t block her on my phone, so I had to wait until I got to a desktop computer.
Harassing people on their opinions and their reviews isn’t going to get them to want to come back to give it another chance, change their review or even take the review down. The way to do it is to be proactive in how you run your business and have discussions with your team about the complaints and the compliments alike to see where you’re doing well and where you’re doing wrong. I hope they start doing that instead of having internet bullies attack people on their bad experiences.

Love this place! I go to Rick myself (he’s amazing), he’s been doing my hair for a few years now. I used to drive to OC, I couldn’t find someone that consistently did a great job. I’ll bounce between both Murrieta and the Menifee locations (he works at both). I’ve been extremely happy and have sent countless people to both salons. I would say most of my friends and family comes here now, including my 2 daughters.
Everyone is always very friendly at both places, it has a happy atmosphere. I tend to watch the others to see how they look when they leave. I’m truly always impressed.
Ok, I came on here to write a quick and simple review, but after reading a couple of the more recent reviews I wanted to comment. First, they’re within a week apart, which is lame. It seems as though a couple has gotten there feelings hurt regarding their kids. I’ve seen kids there even babies and no one has said a word or seemed to care for that matter. I find it Very hard to believe someone told them to go play outside. Also they mentioned being disrespected… maybe they should respect that others come to get services done & find it relaxing from daily craziness and their own children. SO lets be respectful and realize you’re not at a super cuts and just get a sitter. Getting your hair done with your husband and bringing your little kids to sit and wait does not equal «family time» Lol.
This is a Great salon with Great stylists. I’m in the beauty industry, I know a good cut/​color when I see it :)

I have been a salon client since the doors opened last December. Chloe has been the most amazing and caring individual, she not only had cut my hair and trimmed my beard but has worked with my wife and mother in law. We have all loved her sense of humor and great work.
If Shawnn is not a salon manager she should be. She picks up after the staff, is always busy and as charming as can be at the front desk.
Today while waiting for my wife’s hair to get done I had the pleasure of talking with Carly who got myself a water and my wife a tea.
I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience with a warm and welcoming staff.
As a former retail manager this is a staff I would be glad to having working for me.

Stevie is great and one of the original hair dressers from IKON that moved to a new location. I like her a lot but this review isn’t about her, it’s about this establishment as a whole.
My family and I have been coming here since my oldest daughter was an infant. No one has ever had a problem with her being in the salon when it was IKON, some hair stylists such as Diego even looked forward to seeing our children when we come here.
Now with a new name and maybe new owners, the stylists are rude, unprofessional and are mean to our children. They make it clear that they don’t want our children around. From dirty looks, to yelling at our kids to sit down, to telling them to move and go outside on their own. Mind you, my children are under the age of 5 and they are really great kids. We are able to travel to other countries with them because they behave really well on planes and in restaurants. Yes, it’s true that they giggle and that they play but that’s normal, they’re not bothering anyone.
Time and time again, we’ve had bad experience with this woman who works there, she has red short hair and is always yelling at my kids. We don’t appreciate it. Your salon is in a town that is family-​centric, get with the program and accept that kids are going to be in your salon. I would understand if they were destroying your products and property, but they weren’t do anything wrong.
When I don’t get Stevie and I get some other stylist, they also do a terrible job on my hair. Apparently not many hair stylists there know how to use shears. Good luck running that kind of business.

I’ve tried out a couple of salons in the Temecula area where I’m from. But none seem to give me the satisfaction and great service like this place! Brittany was my stylist and she did an amazing job. Tell her what you want or show her a picture and she’ll replicate it but even better.
I defiantly recommend if you’re a guy to get a trim by her!

Hmm, I really had high hopes that this would be my «home» salon for all my hair styling needs, especially based on all of the five star reviews. My go to salon is all the way in LA and I was due for a haircut. This was my first time attempting to go elsewhere closer to home.
My experience here were a mixture of good and bad:
Salon: the vicinity itself is very clean, neatly organized and it has this «rustic chic» feel to the décor, pleasing to the eyes.
Staff: My two daughters, sister and I were warmly greeted as we entered and all the ladies working seemed very nice, smile on their faces, just a warm relaxing vibe. The woman at the front desk was polite as I paid for my services. No complaints about customer service.
Stylist: Stevie; who is repeatedly mentioned on previous reviews, cut my hair. She’s very friendly, pretty and took her time as she cut my hair. The turnout wasn’t exactly what I had expected, BUT ITS NOT A BAD HAIRCUT. It’s just MORE SIMPLE than I had anticipated. Simple front layers and some inches cut off, compared to the photos I came in with, which had more layers all over.
Stevie curled my hair at the end and gave me a few tips on how to lengthen the life of curls, which was nice.
Price: Here’s where my review goes sour. $ 75 for my simple haircut?!? Not including purchase of a $ 10 styling product and $ 10 tip. This price just seemed wayyyy too steep for the end result and even for a haircut. The salon I typically go to in LA, does the same wash, cut, blow dry and style all for a fraction of the price; between $ 35-​$ 45 and that’s even with a more complex haircut. From the pricing on the website, I’m assuming it was the cost of a «ladies cut and style from a creative director» at $ 65 plus the additional cost of shampoo and blow dry?
If the turn out price wasn’t so expensive, and reflected my services more reasonably, I could definitely see myself as a regular client, but I guess I’ll have to stick to planning my haircuts in LA or attempt a different salon.

It was my first time going to this salon. I was very pleased with my haircut by Carly. I also liked that they took walk ins. I’m a very last minute person so that worked well for me. The salon was spacious and clean. With haircut and style it came to $ 47. They have three different tiers of haircut and style. Mine was the lowest. They are pricey but you do get a good haircut and style from someone who knows what they are doing so it’s worth it to me.
