Mr Santillan was very nice and helpful. And his employees work hard. I haven’t had problems with my pool and I am very satisfied with there work. And the money was a reasonable price. I had everything done from the ground and up and me and my husband couldn’t be any happier. I do recommend this company.

Where to begin… lets just say Mr. Santillan (OWNER of «Luxury creations» which he claims) is not trust worthy at all. I could see that people have accidents happen, I can understand people have emergencies, but what I don’t understand after multiple accidents, and repeat emergencies within a month I came into a conclusion that it is all LIE. After he took my money all these problem began to happen. Why does people have to lie to get business? Why does people have to cheat to make money? In this world we all work hard for our money, and when we finally saved enough money to redo my pool all I have left is a pool that is in worst condition before he touched it and now, he is missing, with all my money and have not been able to contact him at all. Make sure to learn from my mistake, don’t be taken advantage of. He told me that his credit card machine was down so he needed cash, and he could not accept checks all the time because he needs to pay his employees and vendors. What a bunch of BS!
I hope more people goes on Unilocal to do more research for businesses, so people like me would not be taken advantaged of. I like how Unilocal is taking a step to the right direction by letting the company be transparent in their service and by letting consumers write how their experience was. Bottom line is I hope people can learn from my mistake and not be a victim of this company.

Esta compania no es confiable! Esta companias te da un precio muy muy bajo para conseguir su deposito para empezar. Despues de pagarle el deposito, empieza a decir que hay que agregar estoy y otro, el precio se incrementa. Y cuando le das mas dinero, el señor se desaparaze completamente y nunca devuelve una llamada.
No ecommiendo este negocio a nadie!

This company is a joke. They promise one thing and never deliver. If you want headaches call this company, if you are retired and want a full time job dealing with these people call them. If you want to throw away your money, you found the right guy. Do not deal with them, specially Tomas. They take your money, promise you the world and give you absolutely nothing. I feel really bad for my friend and how they took advantage of a referral customer.

The most awful experience ever. They are only out for themselves and do not care for the customer. Be Careful of their scams. Tomas was the person working on our pool. He gave us a quote that i thought was reasonable. To later find out he needed more money and more money. The work wasn’t done right and he had made us pay extra for the work that he messed up on. Even then I was upset but still went through with what he was saying. And now $ 24k later work is not done and he is no where to be found. Do not have this company or this gentleman do any work it wont be complete and you will be scammed.
