I will never come to this place again ! Terrible customer service prices and workmanship. Walking in the woman at the front desk was very pushy and rude… and the guy who did my nails was just about as bad. I paid $ 40 and my nails look like shit… I recommend any other place in town but this one.

Love love love this nail salon. Pedicures, manicures, full sets, waxes… I have had it all done and am always happy!!! They are nice and professional!

I have went there many times but the last time was the worst!!! I got acrylic nails & in less than a week 5 nails already came off! Thats half of nails! They were so poorly put on & were very thin. I didn’t even feel any of them come off. Never again am i going there.

I called prior to coming in, asking if they could look up my daughters gift certificate. I was told yes come on in!
We arrived, I mentioned again that I had certificate that needed to be looked up. She said oh yes we will get it! No problem. (It was for $ 25 bucks)
2 deluxe spa pedicures later… The lady says where’s your certificate and plays dumb. She went on and on about how I said I had one… So, where is it?!? She played the language barrier card and I don’t think that is good business etiquette.
I will not return!

Terrible service! rushed through my manicure and left all dead skin around my cuticles because there was someone else in his chair. My mother was not satisfied either with her pedicure. They did not scrub her feet at all! $ 96 for 2 pedis 1fill and 1 mani?? neeverrrrr again

The worst nail place!!! They toss you around between each if them like a rag doll! 2hrs just to have my nails removed! I have never experience bad service at any nail place ever! My mom got a pedicure done and they didn’t even use the sanitizer for the water! Only reason why I give them one star is because I have to! Worst ever!

The most terrible experience getting my nails done ever. Took him 25 min to do acrylics and they were done so poorly that I had to come home and file them myself. Rushed through doing them because someone else was waiting. Would never come back or recommend to anyone.

Do not go here. I was here today which is Thursday and I arrived at 4pm and did not leave till 630pm. I only got a mani/​pedi and let’s not get started with that. It is BY FAR THE WORST MANI/​PEDI I have had in my whole 31 years of life… I can continue to go on and on… but if u like good customer service and quality nails do not go here…

I’ve had some killer nails done at this spot; pointy and neon, glittery and gelled. They rock!

First time walk-​in. Front seat lady to the right very pushy. I only wanted a pedi and 4 workers insisted I do a mani as well. I told then no they insisted. One man claimed I needed it and that my nails were weak, which is a lie. My nails are very very strong and grow like crazy, true I need my cuticles cleaned up but my nail bed is strong. Anyways, it’s old décor, walls r bad including the doors to the bathroom. I been to better nail shops. It was not busy I think bcuz others read Unilocal.If I had read Unilocal b4 coming I would not have come here. On the positive at least the lady that gave me pedi was nice and seemed to have done a good job although she cut my toenails too short.

Worst place to go get your nails. Went in for a simple task of gel nails and left with a horrible job. Paint looks all melted from light, after being «fixed» a second time. Clumpy, bulky, and just plain crappy. Employee seemed upset after i asked to get them fixed doing the job the second time with a bad attitude. I will not be going back and definitely do not recommend this nail place.

I’ve been going to this place on and off for a while because it’s very close to where I live, but over the past year it’s had a slow decline into a very unpleasant environment. The lady who runs the shop, Kathy, is very grumpy and if you say no to extras or service upgrades she actually lets other people go in front of you even though they arrived after you.
Last time I was there she asked me if I wanted a pedicure three different times and seemed more and more irritated at me each time I declined. Then a lady who is paying for eyebrows, gel nails, a pedicure, and massage said she wanted to leave right away but the woman who was doing my nails happened to be her favorite eyebrow waxer so Kathy pulled her off of me and I had to sit around and wait for 20 minutes with my nails half done.
I understand that they make money by a procedure by procedure basis but there were other women available to either wax that woman’s eyebrows or take over my nails… instead she had them start on new customers and I sat around and waited. I ended up being there two hours for a simple fill. Definitely will not go back ever again.

I got a gel set and my first clue that this place was horrible should have been when the older lady couldn’t even apply the gel coat without getting it all over finger. Also, during my manicure (which I hadn’t had one in 2 months) she seemed scared to take any skin off. I told her don’t be scared, I’m a tough girl lol… that didn’t help! I walled out completely unsatisfied. The most important thing, Adele set will usually last me three weeks this one lasted me 6 days before it started peeling and cracking. I will never go back there again!

Kevin is the best! He does 3D designs! He is super efficient! La la love going to Sunny Nails!

This place is horrible! I went in for a gel manicure & showed the girl who was doing my nails a picture of what I wanted & asked if she was able to do it, & she told me yes that it was easy. So halfway when she was doing my nails, she was blobbing the glitter nail polish on half of my nails when I told her I just wanted her to put it on evenly. She kept doing what she wanted after I told her three times to stop putting blobs of the nail polish. I ended up with blobs of glitter polish & uneven nails! She offered to take them off after I told her I had to be somewhere at 3 p. m it was 2:30 & she said she would have to file them & wrap them all over again. I told her no & she still went ahead & started filing my pinky nail. Never coming here again!!! Unprofessional.

I have only been here twice and both times i was not satisfied. The second time was the worst. No customer service. The lady rushed through my nails. Everything I asked for she ignored and now my nails look horrible. Bad choice.

It seems like eventually everyone who goes here gets burned. I had been a loyal customer of Lana for over 2 years. Despite all the negative things I heard, I kept going back because she really is great. But I finally drew the line when I took the day off work to get my hair and nails done. I called and spoke with the owner (man) and made an appointment for 11 am the next day with Lana. I arrived at exactly 11am and Lana was working on a pedicure with another client. I figured she would get someone else to do the pedicure since there were other girls sitting around and do mine since she was the one I had an appointment with and since she had known me for over 2 years. I could not understand what was said in Vietnamese but they told me they were sorry for me to come back in an hour?! I dont have all day to postpone these things for over an hour. Instead of honoring my appointment, they basically told me to leave. Which I did and I went to 5 Star Nails down the road where the service was much better, the nails looked awesome and the pedicure and manicure I got from Steve was amazing. I will from now on go to the other place and I will not return to this place, they dont care a bit about customer service or loyalty. They did apologize for double booking, but one would think they would have done more than just say «oops Im sorry, come back in an hour»?!

And thus continues my search for a decent pedicure in Menifee…
Saturday morning I was there right as they opened and there were already a few people waiting — I am really starting to wonder if the ladies of Menifee know what a good salon is. ANYWAY, again with the small, lame, tired décor. The chairs are quite worn, but the salon over all was clean (er) than some of the previous places I have been to here in town. The technicians were friendly enough, no complaints there.
My 25 minute (and I am being generous) pedicure left me with cut cuticles (to the point of bleeding) and a sh*ty paint job that was on par with what my 9 year old could do.
Granted its cheap ($ 18), so you get what you paid for, I guess.

They were busy for a Saturday afternoon, naturally… decided my mom and I would go in for pedis sicne I’d been there once before a couple years ago and was a satisfied customer. We didnt wait long to get started.
We were in and out pretty quickly, I wanted a gel nail mani and pedi, my mom just wanted a pedi.
I walked out pretty satisfied, except that a few of my finger nails were a bit bubbly… I could deal with that, right? I mean, they were so busy, and they were nice, so I will wait to see how they last.
One week passed, and my pedi was partially gone, and where the gel met the base of my finger naila, the gel was lifting.
I won’t go back seen as how the stations were crammed into the tiny store front space and there were just too many people there to even hear yourself think.
No thanks…
