Although they do not have a drive through, the customer service was amazing. The person who took my order was efficient and kind. The food was made fresh, very hot, cooked well.

The staff here are all really awesome — very friendly and nice! They treat everyone with a great deal of respect, even the really rude and demanding customers. They also let you know if it will take them more than a few minutes to fill an order. The food here is the same as any McDonalds, but the service here really shines. This place is well run and well maintained. I love my neighborhood McDonalds :)

Stopped today for a Big Mac. Waited 5 minutes. Was given a reheated sandwich. Tasted like cardboard. Bun had been toasted but stale. Not warm. Meat was like rubber. Returned it. In 1 ½ minutes I was presented with a freshly made sandwich. So what gives? Seems they are palming off old food.

This is a clean and well-run McDonalds. I usually drive-through and they usually get it right.
Although… They have gotten my nugget sauce wrong on several occasions. This seems to be a problem with a lot of McDonald’s. I think it’s because I like the HOT Mustard sauce which, I take it, is not very popular, and gets mixed up with the Honey Mustard sauce. I used to LOVE their McNuggets before they changed over to all white meat (ugh). Nowadays, I still get them but only because of the HOT MUSTARD sauce. So, McDonald’s, please train your folks to not assume that everyone wants that nasty honey mustard.
Give me a «Hell, Ya!» if you like HOT Mustard sauce! Am I the only one?

Unfriendly, unwelcoming, poorest «service» even for a McD. I live in Menlo Park but will drive to Redwood City to the In and Out!!! Better food AND GREAT SERVICE!
My fries were old and shriveled and tasted horrible. I asked for new batch. The guy looks at me with scorn (it’s the only look he has, but worse) sticks his fingers in it then says me «3 minutes». The new ones came, but I was afraid to eat them…

This place is fast. Damn fast. Food was out, it was hot and obviously hot off the grill. Or microwave, or whatever they use there in the back. No drive-through which was just weird.

I try to eat healthy, and one of the only healthy things on the menu here are the salads. This is one of the worst locations to get a salad – they let them sit too long and by the time you buy one, the lettuce is brown/pink. And, the carrots are turning white – another sign of an OLD SALAD.
Serious health violation. This location should be reported.

I hated this place like every other place I
wasn’t horrible like this.
I ordered 2 chicken MC nuggets, and i forgot to ask them for the sauces, and they said that I should’ve ordered
I knew I made a mistake. I asked them again if I could get it now. THEY SAID THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND I SAID THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL FINNALY HE SAYS, fine it’ll cost 11 cents when it costs 10 cents (I already new because the women on the right sside of me asked and she gave the cashier 10 cents. and then the cashier says, HURRY UP, THERES PEOPLE WAITING IN LINE. I got so mad I said fuck u, fuck u all for picking McDonald’s.this is such a horrible place that I don’t know how uu even picked this pplace.
I will never come back again. HORRIBLE

I eat at this McDonald’s on a weekly basis and have never had any problems. The food is always hot and the store and bathrooms are clean.

Eh, nothing really out of the ordinary here. Everything runs smoothly, nothing’s gone completely wrong on my visits.

Déjà vu.
It’s McDonalds. It has the same hamburgers, fries and drinks as all the other McDonalds, only the employees change. If you want consistency, go to a McDonalds. Order what you always order and most of the time, you’ll get what you expect.

Came into this location on Monday at lunch time with my friend. This location is pretty busy whenever we have come in at lunch time. Great sign. This is a newly remodeled location. Our food was good. Came out in a matter or mins. The floors and tables were clean.
Over All: Good, clean, and great staff. We will come back again.

This McDonald’s doesn’t have a drive thru which is a bummer… but I have a lot of great memories here including:
— lunches in elementary/middle school on trips to downtown Menlo Park
— my mom leaving me in the car and running in to grab food for me after gymnastics’ practice
— french fries & chicken McNuggets (I started calling even the chicken nuggets at home McNuggets) with sweet & sour sauce
— Happy Meals!
— eating tons of McD’s in order to get the newest mini beanie baby or try to win at Monopoly
— walking here during lunch in high school…
It’s not the very nicest McDonald’s but it does the trick!
