Neat Nit’s Natural Home Cleaning

Sad to leave this review but we had a horrible experience with Neat Nit. This company is highly unprofessional. Neat Nit came to meet us at our home and give us a quote. While the quote was very fair, the level of service was far from it. First, she was constantly changing dates on us and then was not on time– 45 minutes late. She recognized that I was an organized person and asked for list of the things I’d like done. I made a very organized list for her with simple tasks, floors, windows, microwave, stove etc. Half of the things on the list were not done. She was in a rush and on her phone the entire time. She also dropped and broke our lamp and then had an attitude when we expected compensation. She offered to come again to fix the issues not cleaned once we told her about them. Once again, she was never free and when she did make it a few weeks later, was again 30 minutes late and had a horrible attitude, raising her voice to me inside our home and flinging things around. I told her she could just refund us and leave as I felt very upset at her lack of professionalism inside my own home. She even screamed at me upon leaving. Obviously, we will never work with this company again and will tell everyone about how unprofessional they are. Her assistant was always courteous. However, Nit is far far from it.

Nit cleaned my place when we moved and did an awesome job. She got all the grease splatter marks of the wall beside the stove and cleaned the walls and left the house spotless. She managed to get grime out of places that I wasn’t sure if it was possible. Her and her staff are timely, curttious, and just get down to work from the minute they get to your house. She did such a great job, we got our full deposit back from the lam
I would absolutely recommend nit and her crew to clean your place. I’m gonna get her to come and clean my new place from time to time.

I was really happy to find this company to do some cleaning for me, the type of cleaning I don’t want to do, like my oven and shower enclosure and tub area. I have a problem with anything with chlorine in it, so Neat’s sounded perfect for me. I phoned and made an appointment and they were right on time, which was a good start. They quoted me an amount for the cleaning I wanted done, showed up on time and got the job done. Everything was done well. Usually, after cleaning and because of my problems with bleach, etc. I have headaches for a few days, but not this time, a big relief and it saved me time and alot of work. I’ll be calling them again for cleaning services soon.
