Just went in there this morning as I wanted to add stronger strings to my current photo frames. They finished the job in 5 minutes and refused to take my money for it. That’s called service and winning a customer over. If I ever have framing needs, I will go back to them. I respect folks that run their business this way.

Hats off to the fine and helpful crew at Peabody Fine Art Gallery. I had an art project that no one wanted to touch. I took it to three local shops, one of which is just south of Peabody, and could get no assistance or even advice about where to find some. I was about ready to throw in the towel and drive to SF(yuck) when I decided to give Peabody a shot. I called and told the fellow on the phone what I had, and he said to come in. I packed up my two antique frames that needed backs and drove down there. The woman who greeted me admitted that the job was going to be tricky because of the way the frames had been built, but she was willing to give it a shot. Two weeks later I went to pick up my frames with the new backs, which were perfect. At $ 68, the price was about half what I had expected to pay. Thank you, Peabody Fine Art Gallery! You have a loyal customer in me.

My husband was given an amazing gift from a client and I wanted to surprise him with an outstanding frame to display it in. I chose Peabody because I knew I could trust them with the item and that they would provide a custom piece that would compliment it. They did just that! Lisa was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They stand by their work and we are quite pleased. I highly recommend them! They are true experts of their craft! Thank you, Peabody!

It’s wonderful dealing with a professional! Her expertise in picking the frame that fit my print was clear, and spot-on. The turnaround was well within my parameters, and she emailed me to let me know the job was done. They have awesome options for lots of money(which seems to be the state of the art), but very solid options for my penny-pinching self. You could go to Aaron Bros, wait in line forever, and receive mediocre results, or you could go to someone who cares for their craft and is interested in making sure you are happy.

Having just had a disappointing experience up the road, was so happy to stumble on Peabody. I love to have things framed and have a fairly large art collection. The shop I used in SF closed and I’ve been experimenting with new shops to find a replacement. Peabody is that shop. They have an unbelievable HUGE selection of frames. I have never seen so many choices in one spot. Crazy huge! And the staff that work there — Sherry, Sharon — were so helpful and excited and willing to try a million choices. The prices seemed very comparable to other frame shops(Aaron Bros is NOT an option, their work is awful) and I’m very happy to have a new go-to spot for great frames.

I love this place!!! Dr. Seuss artwork! Bronze sculptures, full color resin sculptures, paintings, artwork from books, and more. I can’t afford the stuff now, but in the future…

I go there because they are friendly and good at what they do. That said, they are 10x the cost of other places. I go to Aaron brothers AND this place because I believe in supporting local business.
