Seriously… The service here is horrible. What’s the point in ordering online if you get to the store to pick it up and it’s not ready… I placed an order online. Originally when I started it said it was a 15 minute wait. Once I checked out it said it was a 30 minute wait. Ok I’m fine with that. My final order time is 7:07pm… So I come at 7:05… There’s a ton of people here and no one talking to any guests… It’s now 7:22 which is a 15 minute wait. So tell me again what the point in ordering online was? And then when I asked if my pizza was almost ready they said almost… Well. Needless to say I still don’t have my pizza and it doesn’t look like I’ll be getting it any time soon… I refuse to ever come here again.

Pizza Hut taste good but terrible service at this location. After being 40 minutes late and getting jerked around by the people answering the phone, I just canceled the order. There is nothing better than under promise, over deliver. The opposite is the worst. I mean, if you’re running late, tell me be the truth rather than saying any minute now. Never again.

Anyway, typical pizza hut with very courteous attendants and on time delivery-​pretty much as good as it gets for this par. I pretty much order from this particular location monthly and the lovely delivery man is always prompt and kind. One time I processed an online order and they called me to inform that they were out of a topping I suggested, I though that was pretty darn rad.
Will order again!

Pizza huts new pizzas are great buy the service at this spot sucks as always. My order was 18 minutes late (enough to make pizza so defeats the purpose of ordering online) and it’s not like they are busy when 3 or 4 employees can just hang around and talk and laugh while customers are waiting to place or pick their order. One guy was waiting for 5 minutes roughly before someone served him and his order was ready before he walked in. Only of he was served, he would have been out of here earlier.
Really bad service and their sense of timing is sooooo off.

This location is alright… The food took a long time to get to us. Probably about twice what was promised to us. I used to work at a different location of Pizza Hut so I understand. The food was delicious though. PH is the only pizza place I order from. :)

This place sucks!!! I order online waited over an hour for delivery any nothing. Call to see what was going on and a guy name Paul said we were about to call to see if you still wanted the pizza!!! Ugh!!! Stay away from them

From the looks of the other reviews, I’m glad that I picked up instead of asking for delivery. The pizza was ready fast and it was $ 15 for 2 medium pizzas. Easy! Customer service was fast, not great but not bad either.

Deliveries are NEVER on time. We were quoted 50 mins tonight for pizza, and now after 1.5 hrs, we’re still waiting. All they say on when you call is, wait another 15 mins then call back.

I ordered a small pizza for delivery. in all honesty. I thought i had a pizza from 7-​Eleven delivered. the cheese was dry as if the pizza had been sitting there for a while, and there was little to no sauce. i could have cooked a better one if i had bought it at my local safeway and baked it at home… they just dont make them like they used too. looks like theyve decided to go the cheap way… wont be calling them for a pizza any more, sorry Pizza Hut…

If I could give this place negative stars they would get a –5 from me. I went online to see if there were any good deals and I picked a specialty stuffed crust pizza that came with a 2 liter of Pepsi. My total with the delivery charge came to $ 23.
So about 45 minutes into waiting I decided to have my boyfriend call and see if my order ever went through. A man picks up and stated «oh yes our delivery boy is leaving right now with it.»
I don’t know about you but that sounds like something I would say if I haven’t even started making it yet. Which is probably exactly what happened.
So I’m waiting and mind you I live about 2 minutes driving distance from Pizza Hut, max. Another 30 minutes goes by. My boyfriend and I are waiting by the door, tv turned almost all the way down and after placing my order and now having waited an hour and 15 minutes for a pizza made less than two minutes away I decided to check my phone. I see a missed call so I call back. No answer. I decide to call the Pizza Hut location and a man picks up and says the guy was here and he’ll tell him to come back. I let him know that I did not get one knock and the door and thanked him for calling this dumb ass to come back with my pizza and 2 liter.
So my boyfriend and I wait outside and maybe 10 minutes later this fool shows up with his engine revved up, and pulls over in the middle of the street. Doesn’t greet us or say anything really, not even a smile or an apology for being so late, looking high as hell. Completely unprofessional. We let him know he must’ve gotten the wrong apartment because there were no knocks at our door. He said he might have went to the wrong building. Of course.
So he pulls out my pizza and I ask him about the 2 liter soda that I ordered. He mentions he doesn’t have it without an apology as if there was someone else to blame. So I let him know I would have not gotten the deal if I knew I wasn’t getting the soda to come with it and I was not paying the full $ 23. So I go up to my apartment to pull out smaller change while he calls his manager about a discount.
When I come back down my boyfriend is snickering and let’s me know they’re going to give us $ 4 off. So what does that pay for? The soda? What about the fact that it took an hour and a half to get my pizza when I live right around the corner, the fact he couldn’t even read a simple address and go to it, the fact he ignored my call, the fact that he was high when he arrived, his horrible lack of customer service, parking in the middle of my street with his loud a** engine at midnight, all that and he couldn’t even get my order right.
I told my bf «f– that» and passed a $ 10 bill to this high a** teenager and said «here you go have a good night» and headed home. So after about 3 minutes I hear this loser rev up his engine and finally SPEEEED off, in a residential neighborhood with kids that are out on Saturday nights like this one. He then drives around my block and speed off again.
Disgusting, slacking and slow service.
Cold pizza.
They’ll forget your order.
And won’t apologize.
And they’ll be high, unable to handle their marijuana and completely un-​personable while they do it.
Oh and speed away 5 minutes later because of their delayed thoughts and reactions.

Quick and cheap place to grab lunch to share with couple of people. I like the consistency of how the pizza is prepared, the owner used to be grumpy before but he has much much improved on that aspect now and greets with a smile and we are not offended. It’s not that we are here every single day may be once every couple of months and it’s only nice to feel welcomed. We always got our order done on time and I’m a happy customer.

Ordered takeout around 6:30 online and had to call and make sure my delivery was placed around 8, and finally got my stone-​cold pizza at about 8:45. The delivery guy didn’t even have a pen so I had to search my house for a writing utensil. Very poor quality.

I’m a 16yr veteran pizza hut loyal customer very few times have I been unhappy but today I was just down right disappointed in pizza hut for allowing Regina to represent them she is the worst employee I have been in contact with let alone to find out she was the manager talking robs customer in the way she did with no options or solutions to help and the just hanging up wow wow rude I told you Regina and from the looks of the other reviews I’ve read you are a repeat offender8]\‘[]\

So this will be my second review in a little over a year. Because of my first review, any time I come here for a cheap meal, I give a different number and name; I just don’t want to risk anything being done to my food. I did an online order this afternoon at around 3:30 PM. My husband had my debit card with him at work and gave me the number to order online. For some reason, I was not given the option to pay online so I had to call the store and give my CC info. Before I hung up, I asked the person who answered the phone (Manuel), if everything was good to go. He said yes. When I get there to pick up my order, Manuel then tells me that the card I had given was declined. I did not have the card with me because my husband had it! He was at work and I could not reach him! Why didn’t anyone call me and tell me this? I had only brought my license with me to get the pizza because I did not think I would need another card! He just kept telling me it was declined and that was it. All the while, my huge order was already made. Worst customer service ever! Manuel first off lied to me because he did not even run the card when I was on the phone and secondly, no one called to tell me about this! If I would have known, I would have grabbed some cash or a credit card to bring with me. This place sucks. I will go to Whipple from now on even though this location is so close to my house.

If you order here and get a pick-​up time, don’t show up. It’s been 45 minutes since my pick-​up time, it’s not that busy. They keep telling me it’ll be just a few more minutes. Pronto on El Camino does way better. I’ll be going there from now on. Sadly this is the third time this happened to me.

I think good customer service is a thing of the very distant past and this place is a perfect example of that. No one smiled No one greeted me I was ignored for 15 minuets I was told my internet order would take 10 more minuets an hour later it still was not ready no friendly I’m sorry just a cold look as cold as the food I received will I come back? Uh NO!!!
I also think they don’t read these reviews a sure sign of a company who does not care at all.

I ordered a pizza online and was given a 6:45pm pick-​up time. I arrived at 6:45 pm yo a crowd of angry patrons waiting for pizza. The staff was rude and would not give is a delivery time. We waited 1 hour and after getting angry and asking for the manager I finally got my two pizza. The Manager hid in the back and would not come out to address the customer complaints. I asked to see the manager twice and she never came out.
The pizza was terrible and tasted really bad.

When I was a kid my father would occasionally take us to the local Pizza Hut. In those days they were dine-​in restaurants built in the shape of a Hut. I remember it being an enjoyable experience with good pizza. The last time I remember getting a really good Pizza Hut pizza was about 1980. Since then the Huts have gone away and the quality of the pizza has gone downhill. A few times over the years I have been enticed back by TV commercials showing good looking pizza at a great price only to be extremely disappointed by the quality of the pizza.
It’s been about 10 years since my last bad Pizza Hut experience so when I saw the latest $ 6.55 large pizza deal on TV I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza wasn’t terrible. It wasn’t great either but it was well worth $ 6.55. I ordered the hand tossed with extra sauce, one pepperoni and one pineapple. The toppings were OK. The Sauce was OK. The cheese was acceptable. The crust was the weak point tasting like baked Wonder Bread, not bad but should be better.
The location is really crappy sandwiched between a 7 – 11 and a discount gas station. Everything around the building is dirty. It looks like people have been doing auto repairs in front of the place. The inside looks like an industrial take-​out place with the full kitchen in view. The staff is nice but you just want to grab your pizza and get out of there.
I order online which makes ordering very easy. They give you an estimate of when your pizza will be ready for pickup. The two times I’ve ordered it took them about 10 minutes longer than the estimate to get me my pizza leaving me to hang out and enjoy the surroundings. Uggg.
For cheap pizza they are OK. I’d never pay menu price but will be back for the deals.

Raunchy, doughy, undercooked pizza with a weird taste to it. The meat was grey and was shaped like (and smelled like) leeches. It’s not Pizza Hut in general; it’s this pizza from this Pizza Hut. Ugh. Two bites and right in the trash can. I don’t care if it’s easy to order from this place online. I don’t care if they deliver to Redwood City. I never want to eat something like that again, because it was enough to put me off of pizza for a good long time.
