Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Called the night before to get a cab to the airport at 5:45am. I was packed ready to go at 5:45 and didnt have much time to spare. 5 minutes late. I call and he says «2 minutes». Call again. Now 10 minutes late. «driver got a flat tire». Uh oh. I’m now certain that a) these guys are a total joke b) I might miss my flight and c) there was no flat tire, I can guarantee that. Now 15 minutes late. I call again. Now it’s the driver «lied». Give them 5 more minutes. Nothing.
I end up having to hop in my car and DRIVE. Later as I’m literally walking into the gate at the airport, dude calls and says «I’m here». 40 minutes late.
Huge pain in the rear.
AVOID at all costs. Totally unreliable. Disorganized. Lie. Terrible.
