Had major roof repairs, new roof, and attic ventilation work done. All of the staff — from consultant to laborers — were professional and hard working. Any questions or concerns were immediately and satisfactorily addressed. We were thankful our neighbors recommended BCI. It is a company with a great work ethic and integrity.

Worked on increasing ventilation on our roofing system with some minor roofing repairs with BCI about 1 year ago. It was a pleasure to not be pushed or hard sold, and it was refreshing to have the contractor show up on time and complete on budget with very good communication. Definitely would use them again for roofing or siding needs.

As a homeowner, there’s very few things scarier than picking a contractor for a major project. What if they take the deposit and run? What if the job isn’t done properly? What if the guys leave the work half done and you get stuck calling the company for weeks? Clearly I’ve watching a lot of Mike Holmes shows on HGTV so I’m super paranoid.
Picking a contractor to redo our roof was pretty unpleasant — half the people we called never returned our messages. Most of the rest never showed up, or shoved a halfhearted estimate in the mailbox. That all changed with BCI.
The rep showed up on time, gave us a thorough rundown on what our job included and what it didn’t and clearly reviewed our warranty options. BCI’s pricing was pretty much the same as all the others we researched but they include a true 50 year warranty (not depreciated, materials & labor) on the product as well as the same on the labor. And it’s transferable which will be great when we sell the house. Most importantly, they only asked for $ 100 down with the balance due only after the job was completed to our satisfaction. That tells me they’re confident about delivering a quality experience.
Their crew showed up & had our roof completely stripped and reshingled in one day. Best of all, the did a thorough clean up. At the end of the job you really couldn’t even tell they’d been there. They did squash two of our shrubs but in the scheme of things, not a big deal. I’m definitely pleased with their work & even more pleased that I don’t have to worry about rain getting in the attic now.
