They pour a mean cocktail– which is A OK. Large portions of pasta and a truly comforting Chicken Parm. Pizza is good. Always go with the large. Nice option when you are on this side of town.

No longer top-notch. The pizza quality has gone steadily downhill over the past few years and can no longer be recommended.

Service was excellent and friendly. Pizza was fair at best. Crispy crust and soggy in the middle. All you could taste was the canned mushrooms. No seasoning to it at all. Mozzarella sticks were so greasy. Not a good breading. No free refills on sodas. Come on!!! I will not come back.

Six of us pizza reviewers ordered a large vegetarian and a large sausage pizza. Unlike our usual custom, we ordered out because one in our group had had surgery and couldn’t travel. This is the first issue, when comparing pizzas. By the time pizza is delivered/brought home, the cheese may be rubbery and the thin crust soft and not crispy. Both of these failings were evident, but the overall flavors were very good. Most felt the sausage was bland yet the vegetable blend on the Vegetarian very rich in flavor. The pizzas are rectangular, an interesting twist. To be fair, we need to eat pizza at DeMarini’s itself, but if the crust is still soft, the score won’t go up and we won’t be back. I’m not sure it’s wise to advertise that Dennis Ghetto rated this place«Best in Milwaukee» two years in a row, since he died seven years ago!

I’m a total fan. Pizza is a contender for best in MKE. This should be like a 4.5 star gig and the food is the reason… even though its just pizza and suburban Italian fare. I find the service nice and friendly but have read some people here whine about it for reasons I can’t imagine. Also must mention their GREAT chicken sandwich with sauce and mozzarella. Chicken breast is fried type(but perfectly done without any grease evidence at all) with tasty, real milk mozz and their simply excellent pizza sauce(I think it comes, or I ask for it, on the side.) All this is on a FRESH, perfect type of roll. I think they get it from the bakery in downtown MF but can’t recall. All I can tell you is that the sandwich is best of breed imho and a bargain with their home made potato chips and ranch dipping sauce side. Did I mention how perfectly cooked and tasty the pizza is?

Went here with the girlfriend on a Friday night. Service was quick and friendly. She had the fish and I had the pizza. I wanted the pizza to be good, but it just wasn’t. Great crust, more than enough cheese, amazing toppings, but the sauce completely ruined the pizza. It was too sweet and there was no seasoning to it aside from a foul mushroom taste. She had the cod, and it was just battered with fried chicken flour, and it was completely tasteless. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back

Get onions on the pizza, it compliments the sauce very well. Fun place to go, OK for kids during the week and earlier on the weekends.

Hadn’t been here in quite awhile and will not be back. The moz app said homemade; my arse. It was OK. Me friend had spinach salad with chicken. The chicken was precooked and the veges were warm! My pizza had to be sent back since the top ½ to 2⁄3 was not cooked. The second pizza’s crust was rock hard. One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Does De Marinis by the Hone Bridge really own this one?

I really want to give De Marini’s a 5… but the service falls short for me. I’m sure it’s a family owned operation and I’ve been coming here since I was little. Unfortunately the wait for the food just seems a little long… and no refills on beverages? Lame. Make sure you order an appetizer if your ordering pizza. I recommend the cheese bread. It’s a full slice of cheese that melts over the garlic bread. The bread itself has a nice crunchy crust with soft bread. The pizza is served as a flat crust, and lives up to a classic Italian pizza that you could expect from a pizzeria. They only come in three sizes, Large, small and smaller(I forget the smallest size), a large could probably feed 3 people, but if you have 4 adults, order 2 pizzas and maybe take some leftovers home. By the way, left overs from De Marini’s actually reheat well(always a plus). It would appear that they recently hired two high school kids to work the tables and seat guests. I feel like they are in the family, because they looked miserable and delayed on clearing the table or bringing out plates for the appetizers. I just wish service was consistently better because the food is spot on.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. This is hands down the WORST pizza I have ever had. We ordered pizza from Rosati’s(in a strip mall also in Menomonee Falls) the other night and thought that was bad — we were sorely mistaken. Brick 3 pizza, Classic Slice, Transfer pizza for Milwaukee is the place to go. If you’re looking for pizza that looks like a large brick of white solidified glue, this is your place! When you order a pizza from a place that has the«REAL» logo on the package(that it’s REAL cheese), you know you should worry. What the hell else would it be!!! Seriously, my Trader Joe’s frozen pizzas beat this place hands down. Couldn’t even bring myself to eat it – well, at least my dog will be eating happily for a week.

This is THE place to go to for pizza. The sausage pizza is awesome. My parents live out of town, and when they come back to visit this is where they want to go. Good two for one specials at the bar during the week too. But only have thin crust, although the sausage makes it worth it :-)

I have been to a lot of great pizza places including the best of what Chicago has to offer. This though is my favorite thin crust pizza. The sausage is one of the best parts of this pizza. It is reminiscent of the patty sausage served on Lou Malnati’s and Uno’s pizza, but it is served in traditional non patty form and unique in its own way. The décor is certainly nothing special, but the pizza is so good it just has to have five stars.

this place is fantastic. i love getting a half-baked ‘za and throwing it my own oven to get just the right amount of crispiness. to those who say it’s smoky, try going to the original Deem-os. now THAT’S a stink pit. If all things are relative, then this version is like heaven.

Food is a bit greasy and served on early 90’s plates. It is no longer a smokey place which means I am visiting more often. I do recommend the pizza carryout and anything else Italian on the menu. Nothing fancy, just good honest food at decent prices. The décor could use some help, but not if it ruins the food.
