LOVE ordering from the to-go menu and having my breakfast and lunches taken care of for the week. The facility is brightly lit, offers a variety of classes, am looking forward to trying them out.

Prior to working out with the Fit Food Trainer, I had lost about 35 pounds on my own and had reached a plateau. My body didn’t want to lose much more weight and I was feeling my motivation begin to plateau as well. Not only have the physical benefits of eating Sarah’s meals and working out with her been huge(the plateau stopped and I’ve lost another 20), but I also feel the motivation factor is a huge benefit. I am happy to spend my time at the Fit Food Trainer, it keeps me excited and my body guessing. It’s a fun way to spend precious time and I will continue to go there. Great work Fit Food Trainer!

I have been working out with Sarah for about a month and a half now and she is awesome! Always supportive and pushes me to go farther then I believe I can go! Her food is always fresh and delish I am doing her full meal plan and since startig the food and training I am down 12 lbs in about 5 weeks! She also makes wonderful smoothies. I ams so glad I found her studio she is helping me make a much needed lifestyle change, the right way!
