The staff is friendly, they do women’s and men’s hair. They made a haircut to my husband and it went very well that’s why I’m giving 3 stars. But I went for a touch up and the person who made it didn’t use bleach so my roots are dark and the hair on the neck is white because she didn’t put any color in that part. She cut my hair and it was ok, but the finish was bad, my hair just look dry by itself after shower. They’re hair dryer was old without power… They didn’t charge me a lot but I’m not happy with the service I think I’m not going back.

I had a horrible cut from a discount place. I had walked in and asked for a trim, 5 inches of hair and a thinning shears nightmare later and I had vowed to go to a real salon next time. She didn’t have the best hair to work with and I now have super frizziness that needs to grow out for some months more to blend with the rest of my hair, so she didn’t have the best hair to work with in the first place. She turned a negative into a positive.
My hair is extremely thick, curly, and porous, it was time consuming but she did an amazing job on the Ombré/​Balayage style that I wanted. She didn’t rush or try to get me out of the salon. The level of quality work and care was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.
Zero brassiness, hair was toned perfectly, this is also the best haircut I’ve ever had in my life. My hair feels and looks amazing now.

The stylists were very nice, but overall I was unhappy with my experience here. I had never been to this salon before but needed a haircut and highlights while I was home in Wisconsin during the summer. Found this place online and saw that it was super affordable and had good reviews on Google.
I asked for a trim and a touch-​up on my highlights, pretty standard. I left with a HORRIBLE color job — you can see some of the issues in the photos I’ve attached, but it was worse than the photos show. My hair was splotchy all over with strange brassy stripes. No matter which side I parted my hair to, or even if I pulled it straight back, the spots showed. I went back two days later to the same stylist to have it fixed. The re-​do turned out better, and if she would have done it for free my rating would be different — but they had the nerve to charge me for what was clearly the stylist’s mistake! I’ve never heard of someone being charged to fix what was the stylist’s error. Granted, this is an inexpensive salon, but I would have expected more out of their customer service. I definitely will not return.
*Note — the positive reviews on Google can almost certainly be attributed to the fact that they offer $ 10 off any product for writing a Google review.
