Malkin’s came to my work and installed carpeting. It was done during the workday and they were extremely courteous to all of us hard at work and made a schedule based around our meetings and lunches for when they could complete the job and work in each cubicle. And the carpet looks great!

I just walked into this location, 2 sales reps looked at my family and both decided to walk in different directions. One walked to other customers they were already helping (understandable) the other guy went to the back of the store. We waited a couple of minutes and of the 4 sale professionals (word used loosely) no one asked us if we needed assistance. I could understand that if we were in Pic n’ Save as that is pretty much self service. This however is a business that requires the help from start to finish. If this is how the sales people are, I am going to pass on Malkin’s and take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Malkin’s gets dropped to a 0 star rating due to privacy issues. Apparently there was some nutcase salesperson from some company who was trying to track me down and he saw my Malkin’s review. He then called Malkin’s and convinced Malkin’s to give him my full name, address, and phone number and this weirdo called me several times — he also told me that Malkin’s gave him the info. Seriously, what was Malkin’s thinking — don’t they safeguard the privacy of their customers?
While they offer good prices and service, I can no longer recommend them due to this incident.
