Planet Fitness – Menomonee Falls

I like this place but wish the staff would monitor more closely people who do not wipe down their machines. I get so disgusted by this that I almost throw up. When I was closer to down town and frequented that location, i ALWAYS saw staff wiping down machines… here, not so much. Besides that, I am usually greeted and said «goodbye, have a nice night» to by the staff depending on which staff. I have the black membership so I enjoy the massage bed and chairs. I do feel comfortable here and always get a good workout in. Some suggestions I have for the business is to not have employees stop and watch the games that are on the tv screens. seems a bit unprofessional. I would also emphasis how important it is to have staff be consistent in their customer service delivery.

I used to go there when they first opened up. It was fun. I enjoyed the extras that were part of the «Black» membership. I enjoyed that it was affordable. I loved the fun colors. I did not like how the personal trainer was promoting his own business instead of giving me solid advice. I missed taking classes like Zumba or boxing. There is no daycare. The locker rooms where nice. They use a lot of paper towels. The garbage cans were filled with paper towels. First of the year, good luck finding parking. It is basic and affordable.

I just recently started going there. I brought the membership online they had a start up fee 29.99 plus prorated monthly charge of 10.00 (30.32 to start). They also have a 19.99 a month option if you want to go to any PF location. Bring you own lock and towels. Machines are clean and the facility is clean. Clean locker room. It can be busy between 4−6pm, but there is never a wait on machines. 24 hours. 30 minute exercise area is a plus too. Employees are friendly
