Worst Starbucks in area. You are much better off driving a few miles west to get your coffee made correctly. Unless warm $ 5.00 flavored milk is your thing. Then by all means this is your place. Even after repeatedly notifying the manager of the mistakes and receiving a free coffee they managed to screw up the free one too. So my advice would be to either go to hwy Q or 124^th and Capitol.

There were 5 employees, we were the only customers in the store (other than two people who had their drinks at their table) and they took over 10 minutes to make two simple venti iced tea drinks. Meanwhile, drive through had over 5 drink orders made and ready as we waited for them to even start our tea (again, we were the only ones waiting in store for drinks). No one was friendly or apologized for the ridiculous wait.

Extremely slow and unfriendly Starbucks. Like previous reviews have said the drive through line moves twice as fast as inside at times, yet you will still wait in line for 15 minutes. You wont get any apologies here as it is S.O.P. Don’t bother going inside you will be lucky if you get your drink right (venti drinks with a coffee finger printed lids that you could fit in a tall size cup) let alone have it called out for you when its done. Its a bit like a coffee raffle. If you feel like being taken advantage of and being late for wherever your going this is the place for you. If not for my girlfriend who loves her Starbucks I would have stopped going to this location long ago. I really think they miss the whole customer centered philosophy compared to other locations.

I have to agree this is the worst starbucks in the area. VERY slow, mess up orders all the freaking time, and are not at cheerful/friendly as the other starbucks out there. Just a note, if you think you are going to save yourself time by going inside think again, I actually think it takes longer because they are serving all the drive through people ahead of you!

Has to be the worst Starbucks in the Milwaukee area. They consistently mess up orders and when you call them out about it they are unapologetic about it. Hooray for $ 5.00 coffee and bad service.

Although it’s a drive through there’s a pleasant little indoor space. There aren’t a lot of choices for a sit-down place to get your work done in Meno Falls, this may be your best bet. It takes an almost suicidal approach across suburban SUV and minivan traffic to bicycle into this place, but the set up is sunny and comfortable, the workers are friendly and competent. In the afternoon it’s not usually very crowded though the drive through stays busy.

I’m honestly amazed at how they are able to employ such perfectly stereotypical baristas here — hipsters, attractive college girls, and, of course, the pleasant and fashionable gays. Forget the coffee, this starbucks has it all.

I think that they have had a change of barristas as the ones there lately have been happy and smiley. Coffee has been fine and consistent as of late.
