Tres Chic Bridal and Tuxedoes

Judging by the one review this place is over looked far too often!!!
I had nothing but the best experience with this place. My dress is perfect, my alterations were affordable (yes they are cash only but it’s one solo lady that does them) might I add she’s been doing wedding alterations for like 25+years. It’s relaxed non-​pretensions vibe was what sold me. When you call the woman knows who you are, when your wedding is and you feel like she’s your rad aunt. This place honestly made everything about buying a wedding dress comfortable, casual, and all around effortless. She’s really into new trends and was super excited about my custom head chain. So much she ordered some for the store. If your into a stuffy extra luxurious overpriced wedding dress shopping experience don’t go here. This place and these ladies are amazing, thank you for everything Tres Chic I think your the best.

I would NOT recommend this place. Here is a shortened list of their shortcomings, in no particular order.
1. They charge for shipping — no other bridal shop charges for shipping. Obviously every dress has to be shipped, they don’t sell anything in the store.
2. Cash only if you don’t have alterations done with them — when you tell me how you’re going to alter my dress (all extra fabric would be taken from the zipper; this isn’t the correct way as it shifts the side seams towards the back of the dress) I would never trust these people with my dress.
3. They are rude on the phone and in person. (they answered the phone after they were closed and got mad that someone called after 4pm, when they close most days — then don’t answer the phone, duh!)
4. They tried to make me order 3 sizes bigger than I am.
5. There are 2 small dogs running around the shop.
Long story short: HELL NO!
