Wisconsin Vision

I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to do so about this place. The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. As the previous reviewer wrote the wait time is ridiculous. I have had two appointments and did not get seen until well past 15 minutes past the appointment time. Each time, the doctor does apologize, but I think it’s unacceptable. The other problem with this place is the lack of appointments available. When booking, they offer the closest appointment of at least one week away. Maybe they shouldn’t have paid David Gokey so much in advertising and hired another doctor. Don’t go here.

Horrible! I went here for my eye exam. I waited 40 – 45 minutes to see the doctor (when I had an appointment) just for him to tell me that I needed to wear the contacts for two weeks and come back to see him again to confirm the fit and then I could order them. I went for my second appointment and I had to wait 25 minutes (when I had an appointment). He said that since I didn’t like the contacts (they dried my eyes out a lot) I would I have to have another two week trial and come back AGAIN. He wouldn’t give me a prescription to go order my contacts somewhere else. They are crooks wasting my time and money just to get some stupid contacts!!! I did make my appointment to go back at another location (still Wisconsin Vision) — maybe it will go more smoothly there, but regardless — they won’t get my business for next year’s eye exam. In addition to this, the Dr in Menomonee Falls is quite rude and does not care about your time. I said something along the lines of, «why make an appointment if I have to sit here anyway?»… He said «this isn’t McDonald’s and there are people more important than a contact exam.» He went on to say, «Some people have emergencies.» I said, «Then you should get a walk in Doctor.»
