Got two piercings here. The two people that were in there just gave off the vibe that the artists take care of eachother. A family environment is always a positive thing. No competition sort of thing.
The girl who pierced me was super sweet. I fainted alittle after the second piercing and she just caught me and sat with me until I came to. Then gave me skittles super dope shit
I went back a week later because I couldn’t get the ball unscrewed on one of my piercings and someone just did it for me immediately and was super nice about it too.
Can’t say anything about tattooing done here but the customer service was rad so im sure the artists are too.

I got tattooed here yesterday, at the recommendation of a friend. My tattoo cost $ 100, and is two lines on my rib cage. Joseph did my tattoo, and he was amazing. It was my first tattoo, and I was extremely nervous. However, he did everything amazingly, including taking a long time to carefully draw out my design exactly as I wanted, making sure I saw him unwrap a new, sterile needle, and even starting at the easier sections of my tattoo to warm me up to the needle. If you go online, there are coupons that you can use to reduce the price of the tattoo– $ 20 off of $ 100 or more, and $ 10 off of $ 50 or more. I still ended up tipping him $ 20 for his excellent work, however. I would highly recommend making an appointment; I got in and out in about 2 hours, which was quite fast to do both the design and the tattoo, and by the time I got out, the waiting room was crawling with walk-ins. The staff is excellent and friendly! I would totally recommend them.

Don’t waste your money. I’ve never been tattooed here, but the piercing I got was a disaster and so was my husband’s. Apparently these dudes don’t know their asses from their elbows. I got my lip repierced, so the guys job was pretty much done for him, but he screwed up anyway. 3 days later and the jewelry is becoming embedded in my lip because he didn’t use a long enough piece of jewelry. So, I can either take it out or have it surgically removed later… Guess what I’m doing. My husband got his septum pierced and it was ridiculously crooked. He asked for his money back and was denied and told «it’ll heal straight.» Yeah, because we all know a crooked piercing can magically straighten out. These dudes are total jackasses. RUN! DON’T LET THESE MORONS TOUCH YOU!
