This best buy is fine, offered great customer service and were able to help me select which stereo system to put in my car.

Had a friend from out of state order a ps4 for me as a gift and they refused to process the transaction because it seemed suspicious Antoinette from coustomer service was rude and refused to return calls explaining progress with the transaction and me and my friend had to call multiple times without a return call to find out what was happening even with my friend who bought the ps4 on the phone they wouldn’t sell it. wastes gas and 2 days worth of waiting to find out transaction was going to cancle reguardless as a company I recommend going to Walmart or someplace else.

Just worked with Greg while looking for a washer. He was very knowledgeable on the washers. He delivered the type of great and informed sales experience that you just do not see anymore. I would definitely see him again for an appliance need.

I purchase an IPhone 6S from Best Buy on 04/09/2015. I also purchased the geek squad protection plan. Unfortunately I dropped the cell phone and cracked the screen. Even though I purchased a good case and a glass protector. I notified Geek Squad and they said they would send me a gift card to purchase a new phone. As of today I have not received the gift card. I have called many times but still have not received te gift card.

It’s a far cry better than Staples, but still lacks good help, but that’s a problem I find at most locations. Their people just don’t seem to want to help and it takes forever to find things.

Now I remember why I haven’t shopped in this bestbuy in four years and won’t be coming back again. Service is awful. Stood in the computer section for 30 min waiting for help watching these sales associates spend the whole time with the same customers. Went to the front desk and said I need some help in computers. They called someone and said they would be over in a few minutes. Waited another 15min and nothing. The two guys were still with the same customers 45 min later and nobody came to help me even though there was hardly anybody in the store. I’ll get all the help I need from Amazon. No wonder why bestbuy is going under.

Great customer service in a big box store! Leah in the cell phone department is amazing! We came in late on a Sunday after my phone decided to jump out of my pocket the day prior & smashed it’s self to bits. She personally called Verizon for me & was a shining example of competitive pricing policy that Best Buy Offers!

Nothing like a crazed mom looking for kid headphones to rattle employees. However, they managed me smoothly. We were driving cross country when my kid killed his headphones. There’s no way I’m driving across the country without my kids having headphones! So we Unilocaled the closest Best Buy. As the fam waited in the car, I quarantined the closest employee, told her I needed headphones for a kid. I told her my price point and she showed me what they had. I was in and out in under ten minutes. I jumped back into the car and we were off! Thanks for saving my sanity.

I will never shop here again. First if you shop at Best Buy you are getting ripped off try . I purchased a computer here with an extended warranty and also a No Lemon Policy and I had Lemon computer kept breaking for the same problem. After a computer has to be repaired 3 times for the same repair they say they will replace it with a comparable one. I had my laptop break 5 times in a period of 2 years for the same problem and yet they would not honor there contract under the extended warranty. Had to take them to small claims court and the judge ruled in my favor and I awarded me the cost of the original computer.

There we were, my fiancé and I, shopping for a remote start for her vehicle. We were definitely looking to purchase and eventually have Best Buy install it based on their schedule. We were directed into the area where vehicle stereos, GPS, and Radar Detectors were. The was no sales associate anywhere to be found. I spotted a Blue Shirt walking briskly like Pac-Man in and out of the aisles. My fiancé gave chase and finally hunted him down. She asked for assistance and he quickly got on his CIA approved ear bud and called someone to assist us. Ok, cool, we got someone on the way. Still waiting for another 10 minutes, I sought out the small kid again in the Blue Shirt, and not knowing I was with my fiancé, he seemed eager to help me. I told him what I needed, and he then realized I was with her and knew that I was just getting fed up. So, again, he called for someone on his ear bud, not sure why he just could not help us. So, instead, a kid from the camera section comes over who barely knew anything about the remote start, let alone anything in the automotive area. We had many questions to ask, and at first he seemed to take them on decently, but then it was getting out of his realm. He called for an installer, and slowly slipped away, as someone was chatting in his ear bud about a camera question. This whole process was approximately 35 minutes now. I think we waited another 2 mintues and walked out of the store. That is the first time I have walked out of a Best Buy disappointed! I really don’t know if I would go back there. I know I wont for anything auto related. The sad thing is, we called Auto Sound in Willoughby, and were given all the answers to the questions we had over the phone, and bought and installed the remote start that same day!!! Best Buy had us waiting a week! All in all, I think the Automotive area of Best Buy is lacking and I don’t think their associates in the store know too much about that stuff… It is the installers who can really help but they are busy in the garage. They need to get a rep who know what they are doing, but in my case, they are too late… I will never go back there for that again.

I haven’t been very happy with Best Buy lately. Recently I purchased a deep freezer(February) and it was back ordered until March, no biggie. So over the weekend I received an email stating that my order was ready for pick-up from the Mentor store so yesterday I took a stroll out there(15 min drive) only to find out the freezer wasn’t actually coming in until the 28th of March. SOB… what is going on with this company?!? This is the 2nd time in recent months that this has happened. I also waited 10 – 15 minutes for someone at Customer Service to help me, again, unacceptable. This specific store itself has all the bells and whistles that each Best Buy has. The location is great, store is huge, and most of the people there are young, inexperienced, but nice. rumor is that Best Buy is downsizing its stores and providing more online content. Lets hope they can get their automated delivery notification system down first.
