I walked into this place and stood at the desk for ten mins and no one even greeted me said hello or acknowledged my existence in wanting to be a customer. So I left. Terrible customer service. Mind you, it wasn’t even busy.

They do a very good job of taking care of my eyebrows with a minimum of pain. Of course it’s threading so there’s still pain, but recently they changed the kind of thread they use and it was significantly less painful.
My only complaint is that come employees are slower than others and that causes me to feel each individual hair as it’s being ripped out. But the shape is so much better than with waxing that I’m willing to put up with it.

Location — The salon is located in Mentor mall close to Dillards. (South Concurse) — It’s seemed to have opened recently. Everything looks pretty new :)
Lovely atmosphere and lovely décor in store!
Service was good, I went in today after buying the groupon deal and got my eye brow threading done in 10 mins or less. The lady who did it for me did not speak much english but she was extremely friendly and good at her job. Their prices are super reasonable and location is very convenient. I would return.
