Went in for a simple cleaning and checkup. The hygienist was very very nice. The dentist came in to check my teeth and said I had a cavity that I would have to schedule an appointment to get filled.
Later that month I went in for the filling and was greeted by the girls at the front desk. I was put in the chair and waited for the dentist. They seemed pretty busy, and while waiting I over heard him with another patient. When he made it to me he was very harsh, no hello, how are u? Nothing. He just opened my mouth and began looking at my teeth. Now normally when I get work done they put a nice numbing paste on my gums before they start sticking me with the needle, nope not this guy. He rudely told me to open my mouth then commenced sticking me. Ouch. He then walked away to continue with other patients.
When he finally made his way back to me he again was very rude, He gave me an attitude like I was wasting his time. During the operation he would sternly tell me to «open wider!» Also if he needed my head turned he didn’t just ask me like a normal person, no he would grab my jaw and twist my head to his liking. After being man handled for 30 minutes he began to wrap it up. Then with no words he abrasively removed all of the equipment from my mouth gave a short «see you next time» then was gone… No instructions on pain management, or what i should do for brushing. Hell not even a F U. Before I had even got out of my seat he was already gloved and working on the next person.
Dental works is not a bad company but because of Dr. Bouali I will NEVER go to the mentor location again.
